I worked with One Wintered Life to play a specific song for my proposal. On relatively short notice (about 2 weeks), One Wintered Life learned the song and executed the moment perfectly. I was always impressed with his commitment. The location we planned was a bit hectic as I asked him to appear to be a street performer. One Wintered Life even scoped out the location before the event and was able to clue me in that the original area I had planned for the proposal was gated off. When the big moment finally arrived, the song itself was perfect! My now fiance has been raving about the moment ever since. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Playing and writing since he was 12, and often partnering with other local musicians at live shows, OWL weaves his original poetry, stories of heartbreak and joy, and music from the heart together into a seamless tapestry that leaves an audience wanting more. Playing both originals and timeless classics in pristine acoustic style, with influences ranging from Brian Wilson, Marvin Gaye, Ryan Adams, Sufjan Stevens, Bob Marley & Buddy Guy, OWL's vocals and old soul shine in his sound and storytelling in a way that can only come from the hard knocks and great joys of life.
