Out of the Question is an acoustic-ambient rock band hailing from Tyler, Texas and serving the greater North/East Texas Area. Lead vocalist/rythm guitarist Michael Gonzalez has over 20 years experience in the music industry and his goal has been to cultivate a sense of community in the music and art scene in Tyler. After playing at countless venues as a solo act he brought on other musicians and after a few different lineups OOTQ now consists of the dynamic dude-o, that is, Gonzalez and percussionist/guitarist, Jeremy Flowers.
OOTQ (formerly known as "Mike Acoustic Music") has graced the doors of venues all over East Texas, as well as the backyards and living rooms of many happy customers who booked them for their private events.
With a songbook filled with hits from the 1920's through today as well as original songs, and with the flexibility of being able to play solo or duo, this band is suited to fit the needs of any event or occasion. Able to entertain groups of all ages and sizes, it seems nothing is out of the question for OOTQ - so the name is ironically fitting.
