Pardy Minassian - Guitarist

Anything from the most traditional classical concert to the most experimental contemporary ideas.

A classical musician who is trying to combine performing and video arts together to forgo traditional ways of performing arts. Born to Armenian parents in the city of Aleppo in Syria, Pardy is a classically trained composer and guitarist. She received her bachelor’s degree in music composition and master’s degree in Classical guitar
from Yerevan State Komitas Conservatory in Armenia. In addition, she gained valuable experience while studying graduate certificate program with William Kanengiser, Scott Tennant, Pepe Romero and Brian Head at USC Thornton School of Music.
As a composer and classical guitarist, Pardy is a recipient of several prizes and scholarships. In addition, she participated in several local and international festivals and concerts. Such appearances included: “AGBU Performing Artists in Concert” at Carnegie Hall in New York, Burgos International Music Festival in Burgos, Spain, Terteryan International Music Festival in Armenia, “Perform me" International Festival in Georgia, etc..
