I still needed a food truck vendor to service my upcoming event that that withing budget. This vendor not only was cost-affordable, but they jumped on it and was there to meet and greet and set everything up beforehand. I cannot say enough. I truly am grateful for them and will definitely be booking with them again in the future.

I scheduled a surprise pony for my daughter’s princess birthday party and I couldn’t be happier with how her party turned out. The pony’s name was Cherokee and she was the highlight of the party, imagine about 20 5/6 year old girls all dressed as princesses being valiantly escorted on a noble steed up and down the street. Everyone of the girls felt like a true princess and beamed with excitement! Cherokee and her 2 handlers were charming and polite, Cherokee was very sweet and gentle and never once had me feeling uneasy with the little princesses. Her 2 handlers (Kenneth and I’m so embarrassed to admit I didn’t get the other ones name) were very kind and complete gentlemen to their pony and the girls. They were diligent in making sure safety and enchantment were priority. I will always remember this party and I know my daughters will too, this will forever be a core memory. Thank you so much!

The Easter Bunny and Petting Zoo are always a HUGE hit with the kids in our neighborhood! Everyone is so kind and patient and the Easter Bunny is absolutely amazing with the kids!!

I can 100% recomend their services for balloon decor, they made may budget work and got the exact colors I needed for my event!

This is the 2nd time that we have used these guys for our events and will continue to use them. They are very personable and arrives on time. The train was super cute and it actually goes a little faster then I thought. It was fun and all of our guest loved it!

We love Parties 2 U! This was the third year we’ve used them for an annual Halloween carnival, and they’re always fantastic. The staff are great with the kids, and the petting zoo and ponies are always a huge hit!

This company still agreed to come out to our Fall Festival even though it was a little soggy from early rains. They were on time, followed my directions and found the perfect spot to set up. They were friendly and interacted with the homeowners well. The animals were clean and friendly with children. I would certainly recommend them.

Hired Parties 2 U for our daughter’s horse themed 7th birthday and to say the kids had fun is an understatement. We had 2 ponies and a petting zoo come out. The animals all looked well cared for, the handlers were all great with the kids, respectful of our property and our neighbors too. Would definitely recommend them and we will be hiring them again for other events.

I hired Parties 2U for a unicorn for my daughter's 2nd birthday. She loves pony rides and rode the pony for nearly an hour. The staff was super sweet and professional. The pony was kind, well behaved, and clearly well taken care of. It showed up with colorful mane and a shimmery rainbow horn. My daughter was in love. She literally cried the next day when recalling her experience. Money well spent. I would definitely hire them again for future parties.

Chef was so professional and kind! The pony arrived early and even stayed a few minutes over their scheduled time to accommodate all the children that wanted to ride the pony. They were awesome and very patient with us. This was a school event and we had 650 kids go trough the petting zoo in 5 hours. Thankfully the animals and handlers held up to the end. Especially since due to rain the day before we had to have them next to the bounce houses of screaming kids. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

This company is organized, timely, and even went so far to take into account upcoming weather for our event. I was nervous to try a new company but was so very happy with them.

The service your staff gave the day of the party was first class. It was pouring rain but if the birthday girl didn’t mind neither did the pony walkers. They went above and beyond to make all the children have the best day ever!

Tyler and her team were amazing! They showed up an hour early to get our unlimited funnel cakes and snow cones set up. We also ordered a pony and Woody character for the children.

She went through great lengths to make sure we had a Woody as promised. Unfortunately, the original Woody got injured prior to our Party, but Tyler and her team DELIVERED!!!!

I can’t say enough positive things about this company. I will definitely be using them again.

I couldn't have been more impressed with the quality and service from Parties 2 U! We hired them for my grand-daughter's first birthday and had train rides, 2 ponies, a petting zoo and a face painter. Every employee was so professional and provided the best experience for everyone. Our guests had the best time and everyone commented on what a great job they did to ensure our kids had fun and were safe. They arrived early and operated like a well oiled machine. The face painter was so quick and the designs were amazing! They also brought a photographer (Millie) who captured the best photos!! I would highly recommend Parties 2 U to anyone and everyone! I used this company for a local school event. The customer service I received from Ms. Tyler was hands down some of the best service I have ever received. In addition, on the day of the event, everyone arrive early and even helped with setting up portions of the event that had nothing to do with this company. The staff is loving and you can tell that they care about the customer experience. I will be using them again for an event on 6/24/22. Thanks for the amazing experience.

The guys/unicorns showed up early & were happy to move up the time block so we were able to surprise the birthday girl before guests showed up . As guests trickled in, they could ride & there was rarely a line or a fight as to who went next. I felt so bad for Parties 2 U guys & the ponies because it was so hot out, but they kept a smile on their faces & helped a lot with the kids. Thanks sooo much for helping create such a magical party!

I was so impressed with the face painting and balloon making!! Parties 2 U was highly recommended by a friend that also hired them for her daughters birthday due to ease of communication and services provided. I’m so glad I listened to her because so many parents messaged us about how happy the kids were after getting faces painted and balloons to take home at my daughters birthday! Probably more tears when they had to remove the paint, the kids loved it and wanted it to stay lol.

Professional across the board

I recently moved to Dallas TX and had to plan my daughter's 1st bday party. I reached out to different vendors for cartoon character for the party and Parties 2 U responded quickly. The transaction was stress free and on the day of the party they arrived on time and with so much energy and were very patient. We hired Parties 2 U for our grand daughter's 7th birthday party. They had professional communication pre-event, during event and after-event. The three guys that worked the party were so kind, professional and cared for the ponies well. We were so pleased with the service we received. They get two thumbs up!

It was awkward, I didn’t know the people would be amateur and wouldn’t know what to do next in entertaining kids. The costume wasn’t clean and it was extremely mediocre and for someone paying for services I shouldn’t have to figure this out.

It was kind of boring for the kids initially but the guy picked things up with the freeze dance and the kids seemed to enjoy it.

Spiderman really made my son, who has disability condition very happy! Although it is a bit disappointing that some of the guests (supposed to bring kids) that were invited didn't show up! However, Spiderman did his best to entertain my son (one-on-one) for most of the time! We will surely recommend your company to our friends! Thank you very much.

We could not be more pleased with our pony party! Deanna and Raul made everything possible to ensure all the children had plenty of rides and even experience tricks that one of the ponies could do. They came prepared and ahead of time and were extremely friendly and pleasant to be with.

I will admit I was skeptical as I had gotten a quote for 2 pony’s for $900 before I found Parties 2 U so when I got the quote for wayyyy cheaper with them I was worried it was a scam. But I called them and was assured that they were legit! 2 days before the party the forecast showed it was supposed to rain so Parties 2 U called to make sure I still wanted to go through with the pony’s. They got to my location early and they were very patient with the kids. I highly recommend Party’s 2 U!

It was horrible,I tried to cancel because of convid 19 situation...no consideration..canceled all the kids...wasn't much of a oarty...I'm totally disappointed...because how I was handled...I will not ever use this company or would I recommend it to anyone else...greedy over money...sad....

My son is 4 so when I told him that the real Spider-Man was coming to his birthday, he believed me. He had fun, I was embarrassed. The reality was that a guy showed up in a very old/weathered Spider-Man costume and played with the kids for a while. He came with a “handler” who did all of the talking but didn’t seem very comfortable around kids. There was little organization. They kinda just gave everyone high fives for 45 minutes. About halfway through, everyone kinda just wished that they’d all leave. Their party performance was a bust but my son had fun, so three stars seems good.

I called the day prior to make sure they knew how to get to Mansfield. 10 minutes prior to my event they called From Arlington lost, as I was trying to juggle 20 guests she wouldn't just stop and write down the direction. When they showed up the bunny looked gloomy and down and stayed that way. Not impressed

Wow! What a fun day. Kids had lots of fun. Elmo was a big hit with kids. They sure love 'em some Elmos and Ninja Turtles. Pony rides were great. My son was scared at first but got better with time. Kudos to your team! - very professional. Jr already started a next birthday countdown.
