Meet Your DJ

Dwayne Pliska began his interest in DJ’ing back in the early 1980’s in grammar school and has been entertaining crowds with his wide range of music, dance mix technique and energetic vocal performance ever since! He specializes in hosting formal events and knows all the details needed to make events their absolute best.

Also a former radio Mix DJ on STRICTLY DANCE RADIO heard worldwide with his special brand of Dance Club and Top 40 mixes, he has hosted well over 300+ bars and club events and has performed in Chicago, Cabo San Lucas Mexico as well as Miami South Beach for WMC (Winter Music Conference) poolside and overlooking Ocean Drive to thousands of EDM, Top 40 and House Music fans for the week-long event for several years running. This also makes him the go-to DJ for grammar school and high school dances and proms throughout Chicago (‘kid-friendly” music specialist) including Christ the King, St. Christina, Holy Redeemer, Queen of Martyrs, Southwest and Central Schools in EP and Queen of Peace and Oak Lawn HS.

He is also proud to be one of the “Preferred In-House DJs” at 115 Bourbon Street in Merrionette Park IL, the largest entertainment venue on Chicago’s Southside for over 18 years. Hosting the 115 Bourbon Street nightclub, The Saloon country line dance nights, major sporting events (the Chicago Blackhawks Stanley Cup win, the Chicago Cubs World Series win!) opening for top-tier bands on all three stages as well as benefits, fund raisers and formal events, sometimes to thousands of guests at a single event!
