Party Easers

Nancy and her team worked our 16 person intimate wedding at my parents house. They did an amazing job from prepping all the food, to serving it at perfect temperature, filling up drinks when needed, filling any plates for anyone who wanted seconds, and cleaning up all the dishes. We will definitely be using them again for more events in the future. Thank you SO much for helping make my wedding so special! (They even helped me with my veil while I walked down the aisle-forever grateful!)

Nancy and her team were beyond our expectations. We had an international wedding with 100 people total which we needed help with. We hired her and 3 of her staff members and they took care of everything we had hoped for and more. With very little information from us, they managed to know exactly what to do during the wedding. They helped arrange appetizer tables, keep food warm, lit candles and lanterns, poured champagne, wine. and other beverages, and after the night had ended everything had been put away quickly and efficiently. I never had a moment where I worried at my own wedding because of them. They were so professional and they made it such an enjoyable experience I'll never forget. The guests all commented on how great they were too, such a friendly and helpful staff to help ease stressful events. Everyone needs Party Easers!

I booked two wait staff or a bridal shower this past weekend. I was lucky to have Derek and Rebecca assigned to my event. They made everything perfect. They were extremely professional, made the whole event perfect and cleaned up everything, even loading all of the extras into my car. I recommend Party Easers without hesitation!

I really don't have enough adjectives to describe Nancy and her service. From the moment Nancy arrived I knew I was in great hands. What a wonderful experience it was to have someone so professional, personable and experienced help me with such a special day with my family. Feeding and hosting close to 50 family members at your home can be overwhelming but Nancy put me at ease with her professionalism and willingness to serve. Nancy helped heat food, plate food, and serve food. She cleaned up, organized and packed food. I honestly don't know how she did as much as she did. Her main concern was that I was able to have time with my family and to enjoy the day. It was because of her I did. And my family loved her and made sure they took her cards in case they needed her services in the future. I hope anyone who is considering using her services does not hesitate to do so. I wish there were more stars to give because five stars is just not enough to describe Nancy and Party Easers.

Nancy and Francisco from Party Easers proved to be the most valuable part of planning my mom and dad's 50th wedding anniversary celebration. I talked with Nancy on the telephone several times with any and all concerns prior to my event and she put my mind at 'ease' each and every time. Nancy and Francisco arrived in plenty of time prior to the party to review my needs for the evening with respect to the guests, entertainment, cocktails, dinner, dessert, and my concerns with maintaining seamless transitions. Nancy became an integral part of the evening keeping an extra eye out for me and discreetly keeping me informed to keep the 'flow' of the evening on pace and enjoyable. She and Francisco were excellent at overseeing and tending to my guests in a natural understated manner never wavering in their high level of professionalism. What a great feeling to host such a special event for my parents and be able to truly enjoy it because I knew Nancy was 'behind the scenes' keeping it all going. The following day, I had at least a dozen calls and texts about the celebration, and Nancy and Francisco were mentioned in every one with great praise for their service.

Just for the record to those reading this review, people who know me would tell you that I'm a pretty intense, type 'A' personality that has very high expectations for what goes on in my daily life. Hopefully, that gives you a gauge for my review of Party Easers.

My friend and I were throwing a birthday party Saturday, Oct 3, 2015 and were planning a sit down 4 course dinner for 18 people! I was trying to prepare as much in advance as possible but realized I had bitten off a bit too much! I googled and located Gigsalad.com which promptly put my request to bid and minutes later I heard from Nancy of Party Easers! I hired her and her colleague for 4 hours at a VERY reasonable price and it will go down as one of the best decisions I have ever made! They were competent, professional and fun ladies when helped us pull off an amazing event where my co-host and I could relax and enjoy our own event (perhaps a little too much - lol) They plated and served each course, filled wine and water glasses and cleaned and put away everything! Again, I can't say enough positives about having Party Easers help you enjoy your own party!!!

We had a wedding rehearsal dinner at our house for 50 people. Nancy arrived an hour before our guests. She was professional, friendly, and ready to begin.
She took care of all the activity in the kitchen, including keeping the food at the right temperature, arranging the appetizer table and finishing the fruit and dessert platter preparation.
During the party, she managed the buffet table and cleared dishes.
She cleaned up after dinner was over. When I came back into the kitchen, all the dishes, platters, and pans were washed and dried. Extra food was in containers in the frig. She even cleaned the stove! I had a great time at my own party! Thank you, Nancy!

We celebrated our father's 80th birthday at our home. The Party Easers staff took care of everything from the bar, passing appetizers, the main course and clean up. The professionalism and efficiency of the staff was outstanding. We entertained our guests and they took care of the rest!
We used Party Easers again for my mothers 70th birthday party and again experienced the same fabulous service!

My husband threw me a 50th birthday party and hired Party Easers. We didn't have to worry or handle anything from beginning to end. I am a bit of a control freak, so when I was thinking something should be happening it was already in the works or done. I would not have another party without them. I now know what it is like to actually enjoy a party at my house. Woke up the next morning and my house looked perfect. Highly recommend for any event!!!
