We had a wedding rehearsal dinner at our house for 50 people. Nancy arrived an hour before our guests. She was professional, friendly, and ready to begin.
She took care of all the activity in the kitchen, including keeping the food at the right temperature, arranging the appetizer table and finishing the fruit and dessert platter preparation.
During the party, she managed the buffet table and cleared dishes.
She cleaned up after dinner was over. When I came back into the kitchen, all the dishes, platters, and pans were washed and dried. Extra food was in containers in the frig. She even cleaned the stove! I had a great time at my own party! Thank you, Nancy!
