My services range from 1:1 Support Sessions to prepare you for your event (i.e. meditation/breath work/restorative yoga practices to regulate your nervous system, move through anxiety & fear and help you stay present for your big moment) to engaging group classes that emphasis curiosity, creativity and community. I have collaborated with djs at birthday parties, taught classes for entire wedding parties (including leading 30 men ages 13 - 70 through a paddle board yoga class in the Caribbean Sea), hosted and taught over 50 international retreats and participated in corporate sponsored events.
