Phil was incredible! We hired him to play in our backyard for my husband’s 44th birthday party. We had a range of ages from 30 something’s to 70’s and he delighted us all. The most impressive thing we can rave about was not how he didn’t take a break all night, or eloquently handle requests from our guests (or myself including and ad lib, unique version of Happy Birthday I sang for my hubby that Phil followed along to on his guitar), or that he arrived early to set up, or even that he was super friendly and warm (although all of those things are quite impressive) but it was that we requested a certain genre of music for the party and although he knew songs from that genre, he took it upon himself to learn about 15 more just for our party! That’s going above and beyond and totally unexpected! We had a few folks ready to book Phil for upcoming events and even possibly music lessons (because he does that to)! I hope to find reasons to have an event or party just to book Phil! Support this man! We highly recommend Phil! He will not disappoint. Be sure to clap in between songs so he knows you love him! Actually, I encourage that always when you hear a performer anywhere. Yay for Phil!!
