If you need fun lovin' entertainment, and you're a fan of the classic songs of the Woodstock Generation, you'll want Phretman to play. All the songs were Top 40 in their day (60's,70's and some 80's) and are sure to bring back great memories.
Saw Phretman with a new female keyboardist/singer addition. They are called Denim & Leather now. They played our outdoor party last September. It was a great time, the song selection brought back a lot of good memories.

Audiences can expect to see a seasoned musician playing and singing popular songs from the 60's, 70's and 80's. There is no sequencing or Karaoke recordings used. All music is played, recorded, engineered and performed by Phretman only. This gives the experience of live music being played by a live musician with no "canned" music.
Phretman is a duet band that plays all of the instruments you hear in every song. Nothing is sequenced or copied from a Karaoke machine and we're always adding new material. We use a 16 track digital recording studio to record, mix and store all the music we play.
When playing live, we sing lead vocal and play guitar and keyboards with the recorded music tracks to suit the particular venue. The main style of music is Classic Rock tunes from the 60's, 70's and some 80's, rhythm and blues and some variety tunes mixed in as well. The appeal is to the 45-70 age groups, but anyone that appreciates the music and groups from that era will enjoy the selections. If you book us for your next event, you will be glad you did!
I use stage lighting suited for the venue I play for and to set the right mood for the songs I play.
