Got stress? Interactive workshop for relief and longevity is for anyone who wants to stay young, productive and lessen the physical conditions of aging brought on by stress. Nina Anderson's career as a jet pilot ended when she reached 64 because of age. Not wiling to feel 'old' Nina capitalized on what she learned in 20 years as an author of 18 natural health books, and from her training as a Specialist in Performance Nutrition and NeuroLinguistic Practitioner. Stress contributes to memory loss, joint pain, digestive disorders, fatigue, etc. that are compounded as we age. Her seminar offers techniques and preventive measures to help you stay healthy, happy, productive and stress-free.

Stress - it rears its ugly head in all of us. We need to feel good and with pressures from the workplace and our lifestyles which include constant immersion in electronics, relief can be a welcome respite.
This workshop helps us recognize the triggers are preludes to the physical symptoms that manifest when you are under stress. As an interactive workshop, Nina offers meditation techniques, Neurolinguistic visualizations to help each participant change the trigger response to what commonly causes their stress, and also discusses the biological reaction stress causes to our physiology and what we can do to combat its effects.
This workshop can be held at sales meetings, corporate dinners, community gatherings or in a senior center. In addition each participant will receive a copy of Nina's book "Think and Feel Younger" and will be offered a link to her free online webinar on Cataracts and Joint Pain.
Nina is a certified NeuroLinguistic Human Development Coach and an ISSA certified Specialist in performance Nutrition. She is a retired jet pilot, public speaker, nutritional consultant and author of 17 books on aviation and health including Think and Feel Younger.
