Elsa was fantastic for a group of three year olds! She kept them busy with stories, songs and face painting! My granddaughter loved it!!!
The grinch had some great body movement and facial effects that had my colleagues laughing.
I hire Pixie Dust Events for my grandson's first birthday. I was lucky enough to get a visit from Chase from Paw Patrol. He was very attentive to the children present and patient with the younger, less mobile, children as well. They arrived on time and the handler was extremely polite. They took pictures and played with the children, making the occasion extra special.
The booking was a breeze and the cost fit our budget. Deal with Morghan and quick communication made everything that much easier. I plan to use them again and would HIGHLY recommend working with them for professional and budget friendly party entertainment.
My daughter was so excited when she saw Cinderella! This helped a lot in light of the fact that Hurricane Helene ruined our camping plans and has temporarily displaced us until we can get two trees down that are threatening the safety of our home. We had to change plans for my daughter’s birthday, but the arrival of Cinderella definitely made her eyes light up. It is key moments like this that I will never forget with my daughter. I am so happy I made the decision to book with Pixie Dust Events! They made my daughter’s dream come true.🩵
Our little girl and her friends absolutely loved bluey! It was wonderful and the balloon animals were perfect added touch. Thank you so much!
Batman was able to help celebrate my 4-year-olds birthday. They were a little hesitant at first as Batman showed up all mysterious and in perfect character. He was very interactive and it did well controlling the chaos for a full hour. It was quite a feat! His assistant helped with face painting and her skills were quite impressive as well. Overall working with this company was a delight. They were extremely responsive, flexible, and wanted to ensure that we had a great time. They even drove a great distance to come help us celebrate, and even brought an honorary Batman gift for the birthday boy. Pricing was also reasonable. I would consider using them again for future children's parties.
Overall great experience. Tiana looked and resembled the actual character. The face painting was not good, I couldn’t tell what was drawn on the kids faces but overall a good experience.

Pixie Dust Events did a costumed face painting gig for a grand opening for us. They were reasonably priced, communicative, and did great work.

PIXIE DUST EVENTS POLICIES AND TERMS
Please note that any cash payments, including gratuity, must be given discreetly and preferably to the assistant if one is in attendance.
**In case of inclement weather, an alternate venue must be provided for all outdoor performances. If one can not be found or if weather conditions do not allow for safe travel, the event will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client.
**Please note that any character similarities with licensed or trademarked characters is coincidental. Pixie Dust Events is not affiliated with any other companies nor is it our intention to violate any copyright laws
We are happy to accept requests for a specific performer, but it is subject to the performer’s availability. In the event that we can not honor your request, we will send the performer best suited for the appearance from our available cast.
Our performers will only perform for the duration agreed upon when booking and will only stay later if delayed for reasons such as traffic, illness, or accidents. If, for any reason you require the performer to stay past the agreed time frame, it will be up to the performer’s availability and payments of $50 for every half hour MUST BE PREPAID via Cash, Cashapp, or Paypal. If the performer’s availability does not allow for the extra time, or the payment is not made the performer will leave at the agreed upon time. Please note that this exists outside of the 15 minute buffer time added to each appearance. If, for any reason the client needs to change the character arrival time, they MUST inform Pixie Dust Events 48 hours in advance.
The client agrees to provide adequate space for group activities, performances, stories, and crafts.
We do require all parents to monitor children for unsafe or inappropriate behavior. If children are left unmanaged and this results in an unsafe environment for anyone in attendance, our performers have the right to terminate the interaction early without refunds.
Please be advised that while not expected, gratuities are greatly appreciated and should be handed to the assistant (if available) or the performer (if assistant is unavailable) at the end of the interaction and in as discrete a manner as possible.
Any children that are in attendance and participating in the interaction without being a part of the above count will incur a $5 fee per child and will be required to be paid with the remaining balance.
Please do not reach out via call, unless it is on the day of the event as we will likely be attending another event. If you need to reach out for any reason, please email us at (email hidden) and we will respond to your message in 24 hours or less.
We ask that you do not allow smoking or excessive drinking around our performers, assistants, or children participating in the interaction. We ask this for the safety of all involved, as well as the safety and maintenance of our costumes. If this policy is not adhered to, our performer has the right to terminate the interaction early with no refunds.
If the client needs to cancel for any reason, the client will receive a refund of 30% of their reservation total. If the client needs to reschedule, there will be no additional charge unless the client does not inform Pixie Dust Events 1 week in advance or if the client excessively reschedules (3 times or more). In these cases, the rescheduling fee will be 15% of the total booking amount.
Pets must be managed appropriately and can not cause any harm or damage to the performer or to any costuming. As with any safety issues, the performer has the right to terminate the interaction if they deem necessary without refund.
Any damage or excessive cleaning will be billed to the client at cost. This includes, but is not limited to, tears, mud, whole costume replacement, higher caliber cleaning professionals than typically used.
If safety issues arise and are not addressed by an adult in attendance, the performer and/or assistant has the right to terminate the interaction immediately and without refund. Safety issues include, but are not limited to, all of the above listed scenarios, hostile communication before or during the event, climbing or hanging on characters (this does not include hugs! We love and encourage hugs!), punching, hitting, or kicking characters.
As a reminder, our assistants are in attendance to help with managing the flow of the interaction and to ensure that all activities are started at the appropriate times. Performers are expected to entertain and interact with the children in attendance ONLY, it is not the responsibility of the performer to manage any children in attendance.
All event details will be included in booking quote AND will confirmed with the client via gigsalad 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled performance, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure all details are correct.
Any contract breaches in this contract will result in an immediate termination of services without refund.
Participant Agreement, Release and Liability Waiver
The booking party assumes all responsibility for all risk, damage, or injury which may occur while participating in any and all activities with Pixie Dust Events, and hereby releases and discharges Pixie Dust Events, its subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, partners, employees, instructors, and agents from any and all claims and damages in connection with or arising out of participation in the aforesaid classes, programs or using the facilities. I certify that my child is physically able to participate in all activities without aid or assistance. I further certify that I am willing to assume the risk of any medical or physical condition that my child may have. Should my child have any allergies, it is my responsibility to notify Pixie Dust Events 1 week or more before my event, and if Pixie Dust Events is not notified, it will assume that your child has no known allergies and is able to participate in all activities and programs. I further grant Pixie Dust Events the right, without reservation or limitation, to photograph, videotape, and/or record my child(ren) and to use my or my child(ren)’s name, face, likeness, voice and appearance in connection with exhibitions, publicity, advertising and promotional materials.
A veteran performer of over 9 years, Morghan has a passion for making each and every day a little brighter for those around her. She is our founder and lead magic maker! In addition to being a seasoned performer, Morghan has also worked in the fields of healthcare and childcare. She has truly seen it all and has a very compassionate heart and a willingness to both guide and nurture, so you can guarantee every character party is going to have a little extra pixie dust sprinkled into the mix!
We require a safe space to perform and set up activities, we reserve the right to terminate services early if the environment becomes unsafe for our characters or any children in attendance.
