We offer total piece of mind with our three phase, bullet proof planning process to help you hire the right vendors at the right time within your style and budget. Before your wedding day comes around, we first have a vision consultation to hear your hopes and dreams for your wedding day and give you guidance right from the start to help you avoid making rookie mistakes along the way. After all, you may be new to this whole "getting married" thing and have no idea where to begin!

Throughout the planning process we are here to help you plan it all - booking vendors, designing reception décor, managing the budget, or event planning a weekend full of events to celebrate your love with your guests. Plus, we give all of our clients access to wedding planning templates, checklists, and resources so you have all the tools you need all in one place.

At the end of the process you will have a stress-free, relaxed, and gorgeous wedding day to look back on and be thrilled about. And you will have actually enjoyed planning it! FULL SERVICE PLANNING ($3,000+)
This is for the busy couple who wants a professional to lead them through the entire wedding planning process. This service includes:
- Venue Recommendations
- Vendor Recommendations
- Budget Management
- Event Design + Mood Boards
- Vendor Meetings
- Wedding Day Timeline
- Venue Layout Design
- 12 hours of Day of Coordination
- 1 hour of Rehearsal Coordination.
Pricing begins at $3,000 and depends on guest count, wedding location, and extra services required.

PARTIAL SERVICE PLANNING ($1,500+)
This is for the couple who wants to hand off certain aspects of planning the wedding and handle the rest on their own. This service includes:
- Everything in the Event Management Service (below)
- Monthly Check-In Phone Calls
- 20 hours of planning time to put toward the following a la carte services:
- Vendor Recommendations
- Table Décor Setup
- Budget Management
- Event Design + Mood Boards
- Vendor Meetings
- Invitation Design Assistance
- Wedding Weekend Event Planning (welcome happy hour, farewell brunch, rehearsal dinner, etc.)
Pricing begins at $1,500 and depends on guest count, wedding location, and extra services required.

EVENT MANAGEMENT ($900+)
This is for the couple who wants to plan their wedding on their own, but likes the idea of having a professional just an email away if they have questions This service includes:
- Introductory Vision Consultation
- Unlimited Email Access to Planner
- Monthly Check-In's via Email
- Final Walkthrough of Venue
- Wedding Day Timeline
- Venue Layout Design
- 8 Hours of Day of Coordination
- 1 Hour of Rehearsal Coordination

Hey, I’m Shelby! My love for event planning began blooming after taking floral design classes in college. I helped with floral installations for campus events and completely fell in love with turning a boring space into something spectacular. After college, I worked as a venue manager and in-house coordinator, and that’s when I absolutely fell in love with weddings.

Turns out the manager side wasn’t for me, but I couldn’t get planning out of my head. In 2019, I started my business, and shortly after I got engaged! I was busy planning my own wedding and weddings for my couples, and I soon realized I could pursue this passion full-time.

Fast forward to today, and Plan On It events has worked with over 60 incredible couples to design and execute the weddings of their dreams. We aren't just a team of one anymore, but have two other incredible planners (Amy and Veronica) who have mastered the Plan On It way and serve our couples with joy. I couldn’t be prouder of our growth!
