Poker Events Unlimited starts out with a personal consultation with each client to best assess their needs for the type of event the client is planning. Once we’ve gathered all the information needed to provide the client with a quote, we will do so, and if they’d like to move forward, we will prepare a detailed, formal proposal with quote and email it to the client for their review. If both parties are in agreement on all details stated within the proposal, it is slightly modified to then allow it to be a binding contract for both parties to sign. Upon signing, the client must pay a 50% deposit for the total balance to hold their date, which becomes non-refundable once we are within two weeks of the event date. Final payment is due at the conclusion of the event. We accept cash and most forms of electronic payment, including Apple Pay, CashApp, Venmo and Zelle. We do not accept personal checks. Poker Events Unlimited guarantees the best prices in South Florida, apples to apples, for all of our services, so if you’re quoted a better price by another company in our service area, we are happy to compare it and beat it!

Regardless of the type of service/s booked, Poker Events Unlimited will come to your venue of choice prepared with everything needed to make the gaming portion of your event a huge hit! Our dealers are carefully screened to ensure their mastery of the games they deal and our equipment is casino-quality, but without the heavy rental cost due to the easy portability of using tabletop playing surfaces rather than non-folding gaming tables with attached legs. This is one of the ways that allows us to offer you competitive pricing: we offer free equipment rental with any dealer services booked!

If there are guests attending an event who are new to gaming, not to worry: All of our dealers are skilled in offering tutorials to beginner players if the client would like to add a tutorial into the event, free of charge. We also offer private and group lessons if a client would like to focus on just learning, as well as coaching to more seasoned players who are seeking to improve their playing style and results.

Poker Events Unlimited has been in business since early 2011, born in northern NJ, just outside of NYC. Allyson (Ali) Leonard started the company after many years of dealing and running private poker games, as well as playing for a living, because she saw there were plenty of casino event companies around, but none had yet specialized in poker, the hugely popular casino game of the day.

So Poker Events Unlimited became the first company to specialize in all things poker: from dealer services and equipment rental to private and group lessons, coaching for players to improve their skill set, and special event planning and execution. Their service radius covered throughout NJ, NY, CT and PA. In July of 2017, Ali relocated herself and the company to Palm Beach County, FL (although there is a possibility of reopening a branch back in NJ to serve the NY Metropolitan area, due to high demand and an influx of calls requesting dealer services there).

We are located in Lantana, just south of West Palm Beach, and our service radius is within 125 miles of there. In addition to offering poker services, we do casino night parties, at which we can also offer roulette and blackjack. Poker Events Unlimited offers three types of casino games: roulette, blackjack, and poker (i.e. the type in which up to nine guests and one dealer are seated around a rectangular/oval table and players play against one another, not the dealer, in order to win each other’s chips, not the other types like 3-card poker or Caribbean stud). Blackjack and poker equipment are available for rental on their own, but roulette is only available for rental when dealer services are requested, for multiple reasons (the most important of which is safety).

Please note that all dealer services have a four-hour minimum booking requirement (even if the client doesn’t intend to use all four hours). Additional time may be added to an event towards the end if the client approves the extension, which is offered at the regular hourly rate and can also be pro-rated by the half hour.

Poker Events Unlimited does not host its own events. We are an event services company that travels to venues of our clients’ choice, and offer private event services to the guests of that client. We are not in any way a casino and do not host our own casino or poker games/events at a location we determine.
