All staff are professionally trained and bistro-attired.
Waitstaff can assist with food service, buffet, tray passing, cake cutting, clearing plates, etc.
Basic bartending package includes all tools, garnish platter, buckets, napkins and straws.
Additional options available include portable bar, tablecloths, dispensers, wine glasses, cups and various party items.
Unique and fun packages available (Bloody Mary "morning after" or Mimosa/fruit bar e.g.). Seasonal specials available- Ask about options and prices!

Very efficient and easy to work with
He was kind, and warm; took instructions well, was polite and curteous to my guests and to me and my husband and daughter; but clueless in some areas.. He reeeked of marijuana, when he entered my house. But hey, it's legal. Myself, my husband, my male best friend, and my daughter honestly pitched in and had to help with the work during the party. It was catered; and Wm was attentive to the chefs' instructions, who stayed for only a few minutes, (because I did not want the appetizers out of the refrigerated boxes yet (or the hot box).(Chef arrived early.) The chef instructed Wm. I had previously gone over my/ the instructions on Zoom w/ Wm, and I e-mailed him a long list of "times for what" ...and he got that a little mixed up (by an hour late in confusion but I was able to help him to remember) and it got straightened out. He did do a good job of serving the appetizers. He did not stay on top of picking up empty plates or bottles, I refilled people's glasses with wine, ice and ice tea or water a couple of times. He did a good job washing the catering platters/bowls and sweeping and damp mopping the kitchen floor.( a 6' by 8' section. wood floor.) I would definitely keep him as an employee and feel confident that he is trustworthy, (he was alone in my house and every thing was respected and is in it's place) .He takes " in person" requests and instructions well; tried to help my guests with their requests; asked many of them if they needed anything...overall I was very happy with William. He is a fine young man! He just needs a little more experience and maybe a job as a waiter for awhile, to get more experience.

Steph was absolutely amazing. From the planning process to the execution of the entire dining event for me and my new fiancé, she was extremely professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to be around. Everything was punctual and she truly gave us the personalized chef experience we were hoping for. Would highly recommend!

Stephanie and Diana were both great and did their best to keep the whole crowd happy.
The server who came to our event was super friendly and professional. My guests commented on her positive attitude, and she was amazing at helping us clean up after the event.
Stephanie and Natasha were great. They were a perfect mix for our party.
There was good communication from the beginning to ensure we got what we wanted.
The day of, they showed up and got to work making sure we were stress free for the party. They were professional and friendly throughout. The food and drinks were great and everyone enjoyed the party. Once they set up the service was excellent and we could just relax. The cleanup at the end was remarkable. They made it easy for us to enjoy the party and not stress about anything. They also put in some unexpected extras and were very creative.
My wife and I and all our guests were very happy with the entire experience and would definitely do it again. I highly recommend PourEss Bar and Event Staff.
Price Range: Hourly rates start at $50 with add on options
Communication is key to the personalized service! We will contact you prior to your event to go over the details and address any questions you may have.
Waitstaff will survey and manage the flow of your event, with minimal contact, to allow you to relax and enjoy. If you have any specific needs, please let us know prior to, or during your event. If you will be busy, it helps to assign a contact to communicate with staff and help us locate items if needed.
Bartending service is quoted hourly. Setup of the bar area requires a minimum of 30 minutes. This ensures we are prepared when your guests arrive.
The standard bartending package includes the following:
Bistro-attired professional
Tool kit (shakers, openers, strainers, etc).
Buckets for display and ice
Basic garnishes (lemons, limes, etc.) with dispenser
Napkins and straws
The following items are not included (unless specified in quote) and can be added for additional fee:
Mixers
Portable Bar
Glasses
Cups
Ice
It is extremely important to have enough cups and ice on hand! If you are unsure of how much to buy, please feel free to ask.
If there is a bar on site it should be stocked and beverages put on ice one hour prior to event.
Your bar area will be clean and organized prior to the end of shift.
Please specify whether you would like the items packed, or a self-serve bar/beverage area prepared.

*We are unable to provide alcohol in most cases. Some exceptions apply.
We are unable to serve guests under 21.
Please notify us if children will be in attendance so we can take extra care to keep them safe. We are happy to provide non-alcoholic creations, and mocktails as needed. Any drink we create can be made non-alcoholic!
