We hired precious bartender for a midnight cruise in Freeport. Bartender was on time, dressed for the occasion, and ready to work. Since it was a cash bar, we created a price list, just a few hours before departure. The bartender was able to memorize it with no problem and very little questioning or reiteration. Highly recommended.
