"Princess Charming Events" is a princess themed costumed character entertainment service making magic in the greater Atlanta area since 2018. We are a local business comprised of passionate actresses, as well as, enthusiastic students pursuing their passion for both entertaining and working with children. Our mission is to spread the magic of make-believe and the message that any little girl can be her own Princess Charming. We place a heavy focus on how all of our heroines empower those who believe in them and show that while the ballgowns might not hurt, what’s on the inside matters most of all.
They were lovely! My kid had so much fun and cant stop talking about it!
My niece had an awesome time. Felt like Belle from Disney World visited us for 30 mins.

My daughters 3 year old birthday was frozen themed and needless to say this was the highlight of the party! All the kids were excited and the parents too! Very sweet, personable and so In character! Would use them again if I need to in the future!

Princess Charming Events provided a wonderful birthday party for my 6 year old granddaughter ! They do an amazing job! I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
The actors provided what I would call absolutely incredible. The whole experience provided went above and beyond all expectations, the kids had a great time, had their makeup done.
If you need a princess party hire princess charming events! Hands down.

From the beginning to the end of the party, they were amazing!!! They engaged with the children and made them smile throughout the entire party. I highly recommend booking with them!
These girls came in and took over. I would never think of hosting a party with this many little girls without them. Elsa was particularly good with the children. They kept them busy from the moment they came in. We hired the photographer and I'm so glad we did! I would not have been able to enjoy the party if was taking pictures the whole time. I have not received the pictures yet, but I can't wait.

We had the mermaid princess come to my daughters 5th birthday party and everyone had a great time. She was late but called ahead of time to explain the situation and apologized and even refunded our fee after the party. I would still recommend this company.

We had a small gathering with just 4 kids with birthday girl being 3 year old and other 3 girls being 9. So my only concern was, I need to entertain the older kids but my little one shouldn’t feel left out as it was her special day. Both entertainer did an awesome job by keeping all of the girls involved. They had fun activities which all the girls enjoyed. A big thumbs up to you 😊

We had a wonderful experience with Princess Charming at my daughter's birthday party. She is turning five and wanted to have a royal party with a "real" princess. When Elsa (the Ice Queen) showed up at her party she was starstruck! The performer did a wonderful job of engaging all of the kids in fun crafts (they made tiaras), games (Princess says), and a coronation ceremony when they presented my daughter with a sweet tiara and named her princess for the day. I was impressed with their thoroughness, commitment to staying in character, and how easy it was to work with them. I will be recommending Princess Charming to friends, and if we ever need another princess appearance we'll be working with them for sure.

Princess Charming Events was great to work with! Natalie was super helpful planning our event. The regular craft is decorating a crown but since we were having several little boys come, I asked if she had a more gender neutral craft. Boy, did she deliver! She brought mason jars with little battery powered tea lights that we decorated into lanterns. They were super cute! Our party was for 4 year olds so most of the kids still needed a little help but I felt that would be expected. Rapunzel was also great at going with the flow. After her arrival she did story time - since all the kids were in our toy area, she sat down in there to do story time. During face painting, she really took the time to talk with each kid. She was also super great with our shy birthday girl. This was a great company to work with!

We had Cinderella come to our 3 year old God daughter’s birthday party. She was excellent! On time and in character the whole time. We would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a great princess to come to your child’s party!

My 3 yr old is very ACTIVE and as as soon as the Ice Queen walked it she was amazed!! She actually sat still and that doesn't happen often. I will from now on book with Princess Charming through Gigsalad - She honestly did an amazing job - and so very sweet and understanding - professional pic haven't gotten back yet but as soon as they do, I will post. Mermaid princess came to my daughter's 3rd birthday party and l am so happy that I splurged for the extra magic of having a real life princess at her party. I was skeptical because the quote I received here was considerably more affordable than other companies in the area, but the princess did not disappoint! We had a whole ocean/mermaid set up and the party just came together with Ariel in the center of it. All of my daughter's friends were inviting the princess to their parties next. Plus with the tiara craft and face painting, I didn't have to lift an extra finger for an itinerary. Great experience and we will be seeing her next year!
I cannot recommend more highly. We had so many little girls and boys at the party who were in one word, enchanted!! I heard from one mother that her little girl told her it was the best party she had ever been to and could not believe she had met a real princess! Our princess let all of the little girls sit next to her on her dress! The costume was beautiful!! We just got back from Disney World and the costume was as authentic as any we saw there on their princesses. Our princess was beautiful, inside and out. All of the adults were so impressed by her sweet personality and way she interacted with all if the children. Everyone enjoyed the craft!! She and her assistant brought everything with them!! Her assistant set everything up and she helped the kids with the craft. Putting a craft together at the party also meant that I did not have to mess with party bags;) Wonderful experience!!

Rapunzel arrived early and was great with the kids! My 4 year-old could not leave her side, it was so cute. I would definitely use them again-- Highly Recommend!
So they were scheduled to come at 5 but didn’t arrive till 6. Most the guest were ready to leave. So I only got 30 minutes of time. The other 30 minutes was ackward because most of the guest had left.

However, I would like to again express that the late arrival was due to an unexpected emergency, the mother of your "Frozen Princess" performer got into car crash that afternoon, forcing her to cancel to be with her. The mother is doing well and on her way to recovery. We found a replacement for you, but the detour and hassle of committing a performer last minute meant a 5:46 arrival. I can assure you that this tardiness is an uncharacteristic occurrence and we would like you to be satisfied with your experience. We did extend our stay to the best of our ability as a consolation to this late arrival. Please feel free to message us back and we will try to find an agreement that shows our repentance for the poor experience.

Once you've decided you want to book, please send us a party inquiry via our website or Gigsalad. Every event request is then reviewed by your very own fairy godmother to ensure the most magical of experiences! We highly encourage clients to help us customize the visit to your specific occasion/child so that the quote you receive is unique to you. With the deposit finalized, all that's left to do is sit back, relax, and leave the magic to us!
Quality:
With dreams being our trade of choice, we take character integrity very seriously. Beyond incredibly enthusiastic and talented performers, we pride ourselves on our high-quality costumes and wigs. Here at "Princess Charming Events", we recognize the importance of every detail, down to the glass slippers. It's all part of creating that illusion for the child, to be able to realistically deliver fairytale after fairytale.
Tips:
Tipping is never expected, however highly encouraged. Please be mindful that these actors/actresses are working in a service industry, as such we hope that the gratuity you pay is reflective of the service you have received.
Outdoor Parties:
Due to the delicate nature of our costumes and the unpredictability of weather conditions, our preference is to hold parties at indoor locations. In the occasion of an outdoor party, we ask that you be courteous to your performer. & please provide water, shade, or indoor breaks accordingly. Princesses will not perform outside in the event of rain.

Charity:
Our princesses love giving back to the community, we are no strangers to participating as entertainment in fundraisers or making hospice visits! If you would like to inquire about our availability for non-profit events, we highly encourage communication. We will have a team of fairy godmothers standing by.
Disclaimers:
1. Your princess is not responsible for supervising children. Chaperones must be present at all times and are accountable for the behavior and safety of the party as the entertainer cannot oversee all the kids while performing.
2. A final headcount is due, at minimum, three days (72 hrs) prior to the event date. We do not guarantee activity, craft, makeup supplies past the guest count received.
3. In the event of damage to "Princess Charming Events" property or costume, clients are responsible for reimbursing the total cost of repair/replacement.

Our events are custom-built fairytales just for you. Each event is different and our party package offerings are constantly changing. However, please note, every home visit princess party consists of at least a Meet & Greet with the character(s) of your choice, Photo Opportunities, Meet & Greet, Princess Lessons, Story-time, Royal Sing-along, and the Happy Birthday Song. We can also offer Princess Makeovers, Facepainting, Glitter Tattoos, Coronation Certificates, Balloon Art, Crafts, and more! We ask that you provide a table and chair for your performer if crafts or makeovers are part of your selected package.
In the occasion of an outdoor party, we ask that you be courteous to your performer & please provide water, shade, or indoor breaks accordingly. However, princesses will not perform outside in the event of rain.
For storytime activities, we require that you provide a dry, clean space for your princess to sit (preferably a chair) with enough room for all guests to gather around.
For sing-along activities, your venue must have enough clear space free of tripping hazards for your princess(es) and all child guests to stand/dance, with arms length of space around each participant.
