So they were scheduled to come at 5 but didn’t arrive till 6. Most the guest were ready to leave. So I only got 30 minutes of time. The other 30 minutes was ackward because most of the guest had left.

Mr. Graham, I appreciate you taking the time to review us and share your feedback. I am so incredibly sorry for your poor experience booking with us. However, I would like to again express that the late arrival was due to an unexpected emergency, the mother of your "Frozen Princess" performer got into car crash that afternoon, forcing her to cancel to be with her. The mother is doing well and on her way to recovery. We found a replacement for you, but the detour and hassle of committing a performer last minute meant a 5:46 arrival. I can assure you that this tardiness is an uncharacteristic occurrence and we would like you to be satisfied with your experience. We did extend our stay to the best of our ability as a consolation to this late arrival. Please feel free to message us back and we will try to find an agreement that shows our repentance for the poor experience.
