The name 'Project Fear' has a long history. It was first used for a band put together by bassist, Vernon Coleman in 1998. After receiving highly acclaimed reviews, the band's popularity began to decline due to the health of a member and the personal demands of another. The band eventually fizzled but the content it made in its short span remained in the minds of all who had heard it. So when Coleman, decided to put together another band, 'Project Fear' dominated all the possible name choices. His desire was that the new band would equal the talents and abilities of the former 'Project Fear.' Today Project Fear has new members with awesome musicianship and even exceeds all Coleman had hoped the band would become. Its members are from inception: Vernon Coleman-bass and guitar, Anthony (Tony) Jimenez-drums and percussion instruments, Jimmy Fontanez-keyboards, drums and percussion instruments and Bill Lee Arrington-guitar and bass.
