Ebby Knights has been dancing since she was eight, with a passion for Praise dance, Contemporary, Afrobeats & Afro-Caribbean music. It was in her early 20s, during her first praise dance performance, that a woman in church approached her, deeply moved, encouraging her to continue sharing her gift. That moment solidified Ebby's commitment to dance as a powerful form of expression and connection. With her Caribbean background, She inspires others to embrace movement & joy through the rhythms and energy of her dance styles.
Ebby has taught dance to children from ages 5 to 15 in praise, disney-inspired routines, & creative movement as well as dance workout classes for women.
