We are a professional string quartet committed to creating the desired ambiance for our clients every time we perform. Music is our passion and we understand its importance in setting the tone for an event. Even though we specialize in classical music we are always open to requests and love a chance to play a fresh popular song, or a classic Beatles tune, or really whatever music truly grabs your heart strings. We consider our jobs to be a true privilege.
We had Quartet 442 play at our wedding and could not have been happier! Elise was great to work with. Very good communication and thorough, Elise made sure every detail was perfectly planned. We had several specific requests for various aspects of the wedding and they made sure everything happened beautifully. So many guests commented on how great they were. We found Quartet 442 after having poor luck with two other musicians and they were absolutely amazing! They built a list of wedding music specifically for us, making sure that the songs were unique to our ceremony and defined us a couple and the vibe we were trying to set, and even said that anything they hadn't played before they'd be willing to learn no problem for us. One piece of music even required a pianist which they found for us, hired and practiced the music without us having to worry! They reassured us that our music would be perfect and it was! They are professional, very sweet, easy to work with, very informative and very reasonably priced! We highly recommend working with these ladies!
I hired Quartet 442 for my wedding ceremony in June 2015. Elise was a pleasure to work with - very professional, helpful and accommodating. She was patient with all of my questions and requests. My wedding was located in Oswego, NY. They traveled, arrived well before the scheduled time, were dressed professionally and were an absolute pleasure to work with. The music was beautiful - absolutely everything I had hoped. Would book them again in a heartbeat for future events!
Quartet442 provided a beautiful backdrop to an outdoor post-graduation reception. Music was being played as we exited the building into the courtyard, which created a festive and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone enjoyed the mix of classical and popular styles of music. Elise was very professional and prompt with communication. I would recommend them for any event!
