Hi, I'm an award winning dj who is well versed in almost any genre but specializes in top 40, r&b, hip hop, and old school r&b and pop. I've dj'd for radio, clubs, retail stores, children birthday parties, holiday parties, and corporate events, just to name a few. Anything you need musically, I can pretty much take care of it, making sure all YOU have to worry about is your event, and having a good time!!!
We booked Queen J for our daughter's 2nd birthday. She was VERY responsive via the messenger on the GigSalad platform and arranged a call with me before the event to discuss the theme, the genres of music that we wanted to hear, and get an overall sense of what we were looking for. She suggested that I send her some of my top artists and she started working on my playlist in advance of the event. As the event grew closer she even suggested some kid friendly songs for the younger guests. My daughter and guests LOVED the music selection and a few even asked me how I found Queen J so that they could book her in the future. She was extremely professional, came equipped with her own table and set up and cleaned up super efficiently. I will definitely rebook her for future parties I host!
Queen J was incredible! She got in touch with me immediately after I booked her and took the time to talk through the event with me and what I was looking for from her. She also asked for my top songs so she could tailor her playlist to my music taste.
On the day she showed up ready to rock with the most epic energy and even came in a costume which was FIRE.
She really went the extra mile and I had people coming up to me all night saying how great the music was and raving about her energy and instincts.
