Razzamatazz & Jazz performs a variety of music but their forte is traditional jazz from the 1920's and 1930'(link hidden)eir energetic performance brings a spirit of celebration to any festivity. Their musical impersonations will put a smile on your face (close your eyes and you'll swear it’s Louis Armstrong...in person!) and their brisk rhythms will start your toes a tappin'.
Razzamatazz & Jazz has performed for businesses, country clubs, fraternal, trade and social organizations and at private parties. They have also performed at many restaurants around central Ohio on a weekly or monthly basis and have been repeat performers at numerous annual fairs and festivals.
These guys were fantastic...so easy to work with. They brought the upbeat sound and energy we were looking for!

Lively group, good crowd appeal, an enjoyable show (you don't have to worry about what they will say or do)...........it is a family band. Start to finish it is great entertainment. I heard they will be at the Clark County Fair in Ohio this year. Take the family and see for yourself!

Razzamatazz & Jazz played at the Lewisburg Historical Society's Roaring 20's Snow Ball and they are an amazing band! They made the dance seem so authentic and they set the 1920's mood for the evening! Everyone enjoyed listening to them play and dancing to their music! We highly recommend them and would definitely book them again!

Couldn't have been a nicer evening at Harmony in the Park, the free concert series sponsored by the Delaware YMCA and many downtown businesses. This band is talented and entertaining! Loved the evening.
The band worked with me to select the music and offered to learn songs for my wedding. They were extremely professional and helpful. When the officiant's mic wasn't working they didn't miss a beat passing over their own mic and adjusing the volume for her. I was very happy with their performance and would highly recommend them.
We loved this band! They had the joint jumping all night for my brother in law's 50th birthday! Excellent Excellent musicians, every one of them! They even led a Second Line-style parade around the block for us, and brought extra parasols for us to use! We couldn't have been more pleased...everything was great! Highly recommend!!!
Razzamatazz & Jazz were outstanding! We had a backyard jazz theme party on a Saturday afternoon. By the end of the event, everyone asked "where did you get these guys, they're great!" In addition, they started on time and were engaging with the guests when they were on break. Loved them, highly recommend them if you want to make your party a huge success!
The band was wonderful not only in sound but in engaging the audience. You can tell that they've played together for a while as they are very comfortable with each other on stage. Will definitely keep them in mind for future events!

Razzamatazz & Jazz is a five piece band featuring trumpet, piano, trombone, tuba, and drums. They sound like a larger ensemble due to the ability of the tuba player to double on guitar. Depending on the client's budget and size of the venue, the band can be a four, five or six piece ensemble.
Their show consists mostly of familiar up tempo tunes, along with a few ballads and novelty numbers. The styles of music they perform include Dixieland, big band, and swing.
Most of the members of the current band have been performing together for over 30 years, having performed previously as The Baron of the Banjo and the Restoration Jazz Band. After a couple of personnel changes, the band became known as Razzamatazz & Jazz.
One of their earliest appearances was performing on a weekly basis for Schmidt's Sausage Haus restaurants in Columbus, Ohio, and they were so popular, they were held over for 9 years! They have also recorded several albums and filmed a 30-minute program about the band and their music for a Columbus television station.
