I WAS LEARY ABOUT PICKING A WAITRESS FROM ONLINE. IT WAS NOT A MISTAKE. MY GUESTS WERE TELLING ME WHAT A GREAT JOB SHARI WAS DOING AT OUR PARTY. I WOULD DEFINITELY US RED CARPET AGAIN.
We used Red Carpet Parties for a baby shower. This was the first time we used them. When I spoke with Dani the first time, she came across to me as a professional.
The shower was a great success and we will definitely use this company for all our future parties. I was able to enjoy the party while Lisa took care of everything that needed to be done. Thanks again.
Dani was a lifesaver. She helped me with my husband's 1920's themed surprise 30th birthday party. It was held at the Neighborhood House in east setauket. An elegant room with black, white ,and silver as the chosen colors was created with ostrich feather centerpieces, a wall border, 8 foot silouettes of dancing couples, boa feathers, lots of candlelight, and a casino room. Dani and her staff were top notch as was the food. They even baked fresh choc chip cookies as part of the dessert! 5 Star Service All the Way!
Extreme disappointment does not begin to express how unsettled I feel after hiring Red Carpet Parties. Dani, (owner of RCP) was specifically asked if she had enough food to feed 60 people. She said "I have never run out of food." Well, the night of the party, she ran out of paninis, which she ordered from Uncle Giuseppi's. There was a lag between the time one appetizer tray came out and the next tray. Her crews clean up during the party was pitiful. Empty cups and plates lay on the tables which were ordered from Taylor Rental. I think the most disappointing part of the whole event was Dani's obnoxious behavior 4 days after the party when she came to remove the decorations. She didn't even have the courtesy to say hello or accept criticism without becoming defensive. Do yourself a favor and Do NOT hire Red Carpet Parties
Response from Red Carpet Parties:
Hi Cindy,
Thank-you for taking the time to tell us about your
experience with Red Carpet Parties. We are both saddened
and truly sorry that we did not meet your expectations.
I am very passionate and care deeply about how each
and every one of our parties turn out. We spent many hours on creating and designing the perfect garden theme décor for your wedding anniversary party. I really wanted it to be fabulous and included many little extras hoping it would be just that.
We received so many lovely compliments from your guests concerning the décor, food and staff. Our business cards were requested by at least 7 people and we've already heard from one. We are sorry you do not feel the same. Dani Adler
My daughter wanted one of those Super Sweet Sixteen birthday parties. They're just like a mini wedding! I was just like the mother of the bride, so stressed out with all of the planning and arrangements. After my daughter and I met with Dani, we hired Red Carpet Parties to be our party planner because I realized I needed professional help. I had never hired a party planner before, but I must say- thank God for Dani! I honestly could not have pulled off such an elegant Disney themed party on my own. She took my daughter's ideas and created such an elegant Sweet Sixteen party that everyone was impressed. She incorporated everything that we wanted and transformed the venue into a magical elegant ball fit for a princess! She was great to work with every step of the way and was there to guide me when I was at a loss for ideas. Dani is truly a professional and I am so grateful to have had her as our party planner. I would definitely use her services again in the future and I certainly will recommend Red Carpet Parties to anyone in need of her party services! - Lynda Frego
On our wedding day it was such a relief to have someone on-site -- coordinating all the vendors, handing out the final payments, ensuring everything happened on time and assisting the entire bridal party. Dani and her team, took care of everything. I have never used a planner before but there was simply no way we were going to be able to handle all the vendors involved, the timelines, and all the many little things that we didn't even think to do ,without stressing out. My husband and I were thrilled to have someone take charge. The decorations ,and floral pieces created by Red Carpet Parties were stunning, and just what my daughter had pictured, only better. The creative placecard table really set the tone for the wedding when our guests walked in. We were very pleased and want to thank you so much for a wonderful job

I usually handle my parties on my own. Due to a recent surgery , my husband suggested that hire someone to help out. We chose Red Capet Parties and were delighted with their services. Not only did we hire the waitstaff through them but they handled our linens, centerpieces, and created a festive signature coctail for our guests. We will definetly be using them again. Happy Holidays to you and you crew.
Marcia
"Dani, I cannot thank-you enough for how wonderful you were with our wedding coordination. Everything ran smoothly, from the dinner rehearsal, to patching my dress, to making sure my five tier wedding cake did not fall over, and all the little details involved in pulling it all together. I could not have been any happier. Thank-you for all your hard work. Cheryl Stein"
Dani was amazing! She took my idea and made it happen better than I could have imagined. Her staff is extremely professional and were complimented by my guests throughout the evening. Decorations were unique and the food was excellent. Her suggestions and ideas were great - I really couldn't have had the successful surprise 30th birthday party without her! It was an amazing party! I look forward to hiring her for my next event and HIGHLY recommend her! - Thanks again Dani! - Mia
I had some ideas for different centerpieces and place card holders and I told Dani (owner of RCE) what I envisioned and she made it happen. The room looked stunning and my daughter was thrilled! Dani is very creative and will personalize your event to exactly what you have in your minds eye!
The party couldn't have been better. The food was absolutely fantastic. Dani and her crew were terrific-helpful,extremely nice, fast--all around wonderful. Everone raved about the food and the caterers. Thank-you so much. Best Linda
Red Carpet Events 5 Adoption Baby Shower
I recently had planned a baby shower for my best friend who was adopting a baby from China. I've planned showers before but never one with an 'Asian' theme! So, I thought to myself I need a party planner and I called Red Carpet Events(I've been to their party's before. Dani made everything so simple . She planned an Asian theme for me and it turned out beautiful! It was a surprise at my friends house. The decorations were beautiful Chinese lanterns hanging from the ceiling, candles glowing, Beautiful bamboo decorations, dragons, fans , vases w/floating candles, just beautiful! The food was Asian and American and the guests raved about it! In the dining area our chairs were covered with beautiful black seat covers, the women were amazed when they walked in the house! The guest of honor was very pleased and so was I. Dani didn't leave out one thing and she made all of my stress of planning a party in my friends house (on a budget ) go away! Great Job!!!!
The centerpieces provided by Red Carpet Events were absolutely fabulous. So much more than I ever expected. The ostrich feathers created the perfect atmosphere for our special day.Thank-you so much!

About me....
My passion is parties.I love what I do - creating and designing fabulous theme parties for all sorts of occasions. We are constantly updating our files with the latest trends and tips for having a sucessful (link hidden)ed help with a theme? Have a party problem you need help with? We have creative solutions we`d love to share.
What makes your work stand out from others who do what you do?
We pride ourselves in never creating the same party twice. Cookie cutter parties are just not our style. We want every party to tell a story about the client through the theme they choose, to the colors, food they like, and special personality traits that they have. I find many people recreate the same party over and over with no real thought on making it different or truly unique to that persons desires. They focus more on the price and just getting it over and done instead of being involved in the passion and excitement in the clients day.

What are some tips for choosing the best wedding planner?
"Choosing to use a wedding planner can be a fantastic way to take some of the stress out of getting ready for your special day. Making sure your planner is knowledgeable is very important. An excellant planner should be well versed in covering all the fine details from the wedding invitations down to the the cake ceremony. They should be able to provide the best printers, bakeries, photographers, florists, and be able to suggest the perfect venue. The planner should be willing to listen closely to what the couple would like there wedding to be like. They should have testimonials from former clients, pictures,a website, and a decent amount of experience behind them. Last but definetly not least you must choose someone you truly feel comfortable with. When you choose the right planner they will be able to take your" dream wedding" and make it a reality.
There are so many ways to make your party an exciting one. Not only by having a great theme, but by incorporating some new ideas your party can go from ordinary to extraordinary. Here are some of my tips and tricks to do just that.
Deco beads are great! Small little grains that plump up in water. Great replacement for marble sand also cost effective. Try them in centerpieces and add some light. Perfect!
Have you ever heard of black garlic? Many top chefs are using this in their dishes.
I love a great signature coctail to welcome your guests. My favorite is the hibiscous bloom served in champagne. Not only tastes great , but has a beautiful color . Also a great conversation piece.
More people are using echo friendly products- from bamboo plates, utensils, party pics ,etc.
Instead of popcorn how about pretzel rolls - served on hot rocks, is definitely something different.
Use lots of colorful foods- purple cauliflower for one is an eye catcher.
Candy bars are great! A touch of something sweet for dessert or served as a parting gift is always welcome.
I see alot less floral pieces at parties. People are drifting towards live plants, herbs, and moss, incorporated into their centerpieces. They want a centerpiece that is useful and will last, and also bio degradable.
Everyone wants to cut down on labor costs. For parties try floor based lighting instead of ceiling lighting.
Roasted figs and other lush dark fruits are making an appearance in everything from appetizers to desserts.
Home parties are bigger than ever. Not sure how many people you can comfortably fit in your home? Ask a party planner - they will know how and where to place things, to get the most "party space", in your home. You might be able to have a bigger party than you thought.
People want to be entertained not just served food on a platter. By using "food stations" your guests can be interactive. You want them to be visually stimulated also. You could try a gourmet soup station, crepe station,or donuts to go. I've done parties where they have an ice cream, or hamburger truck parked out front. Your guests will not be hungry on the way home.
