The training that I deliver focuses on reducing employee conflicts and tensions so that employees can spend more time being productive and less time resolving conflicts. I do this by introducing companies and employees to the Color Code personality theory. During the training four personality types are introduced, along with their strengths and weaknesses, and how to communicate and get along with each type.
