Whether down South, West Coast or East Coast, Real can and does rhyme against all of rap’s sub genres. He effortlessly flows in and out grooves and samples, and as for the lyrical subject matter, it’s just as eclectic. From serious story songs to witty reference-filled party jams, Real doesn’t get caught up on one subject. It’s when he gets personal, though, that he really shines. When rapping about his personal struggles and dreams, the passion and intensity live up to his moniker. As for the live show, it’s an intense affair that could hold its own against any local MC.

As well as being a performer, Real is also an event promoter, coordinator, producer, DJ and voice for the local music scene, working with numerous artists, musicians, promoters, DJ’s and venues throughout Southern California.
I am influenced by the work ethic and stage show of rappers such as 50 Cent, E-40, DJ Quik, Method Man & Redman, and Jay-Z. They dynamically engage the crowd with unique blends of their hits, keeping it fresh from start to finish.
