I highly recommend Riverside Quartet! The group's main contact, Courtney, had excellent communication and follow through prior to the event. They arrived in plenty of time to set up and played beautifully. It was perfect! Riverside Quartet was one of the best vendors that we worked with, definitely the easiest to work with, and the music added personality and character to our wedding. Thank you, Riverside Quartet!!
I couldn't be more pleased with The Riverside Quartet. They were prompt with their reply whenever I sent them an e-mail. They were very professional, talented, and accommodating and I am very satisfied with their performance. I highly recommend The Riverside Quartet.
They really helped to set the ambiance of the ceremony, and I am so glad that I chose to hire them!!
The Riverside String Quartet was recommended to us by a friend who was familiar with the musicians, so we were pretty confident that they would be good--but they were better than good! Courtney was extremely organized and efficient. For nearly every piece of music requested, her response was "Yes, we can do that." And for the one not in their repertoire, she agreed to create an arrangement which was beautiful. Customer service is tops with this group, which is so important. They understand it isn't about them, it's about the couple and they do an outstanding job to add to the day.
I was extremely pleased with Riverside Quartet. I hired a violinist to play ceremony music for my wedding and she was amazing! I got several comments from guests who were also impressed. I would definitely recommend them.
They were AWESOME!! The music was crisp and fun. The guests were talking about the pop tunes at the reception and thought it was fun that they did not just play the typical music! Overall, I loved them and they made our ceremony special. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you so much for making my day special!
The riverside quartet was amazing! We did everything through email because I live out of state. They were extremely professional and had a large list of songs to select from. Their website also included sound clips and a wide variety of options for duets, trios, or quartets. They even included one arranged song that was not on the list. They arrived on time and were exceptional musicians that added so much to our ceremony. If you are planning a wedding anywhere near charleston, wva or stonewall resort, I highly recommend them. They are also willing to travel, so call or email them to see if the can make your destination.
I had the pleasure of working with Courtney via e-mail since I live 1000 miles away from our Ceremony location. I had such a hard time finding anyone in Johnstown, PA who would provide Ceremony music, let alone, the kind of music I enjoy (modern music played with classical instruments). I ended up finding the Riverside Quartet online, and after talking to Courtney I felt that it was a perfect fit. She was prompt in her e-mails and helped me feel confident on booking a vendor strictly through e-mail communication. Especially since they were willing to travel all the way from West Virginia!
Day of went beautifully. Kori and Sara played wonderfully, and everyone enjoyed the music. They took care of business, and gave me one less thing to worry about! I'd recommend them to anyone!
I located Riverside Quartet on the internet and they were always prompt and professional in their communications with me. I especially appreciated their website that not only provided information about the group and their background, but also provided sample clips of various songs that the group played.
The contract was easy to read and understand. The group arrived on-time, played beautifully for the time-frame we had set and were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
RQ were consummate professional musicians throughout our experience with them. Their pre-planning helped everything go smoothly on our wedding day--both for us and them. The selections of music were performed beautifully, adding the exact flair of elegance and class we desired at our wedding. Because seeing a string quartet perform live is relatively rare in our area, it was a treat for our guests too, who really enjoyed RQ's music. RQ played all of the selections we agreed upon, and were gracious about re-playing a few pieces which some wished to hear twice! We would absolutely recommend choosing RQ for your wedding or event. You will be most pleased.
Courtney was absolutely amazing! She was so accommodating and was able to work along side of an organist, a pianist and a vocalist. She was very professional and all of the musicians who worked along side her were blown away by her ability to sense the other musician's "feeling" with the music! Thank you so much for making our day perfect!
Courtney talked to me on numerous occasions throughout the planning process and was always nothing but nice and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure the music was exactly as I had pictured for the ceremony and went as far as rewriting the song I walked down the aisle to. I could not have found a more talented and wonderful quartet to perform at our wedding. Their music brought tears to my eyes! All of the guests told me how much they loved the music and the atmosphere they created. Our wedding would not have been the same without them there. I would recommend them to anyone I know.
We booked the the string trio to entertain during cocktail hour at our holiday party and during dinner, and the music was perfect. They played an excellent selection of tunes, not too loud and not too soft, and were very professional! I would definitely book them again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
We were so happy with the Riverside Quartet. We had the violin and cello at our event and the duo sounded amazing. They performed exactly what we wanted and understood my directions. Everyone said the music set the mood and made the event extra special by having live musicians. Thank you for making our special day even more beautiful. I will recommend this group to anyone who wants to make their wedding or event even more special. Thank you!!!!!
Courtney was great!!! I would highly recommend using her for an event. She was very hands on and readily available with anything we needed. She was always very prompt in returning all emails. She played wonderfully and everybody was very impressed.
I was impressed with this extremely talented group of musicians and without hesitation, will book for a future event! Professional, classy, and a nice mix of music!
I booked Riverside Quarter only a month before our wedding. Courtney was great in responding to my emails; just wonderful to work with. As soon as I heard the group playing, the music sparked my emotion, and I couldn't help but cry. The music was so beautiful. They were a wonderful addition to our wedding. I am so thankful that I was able to find this group.
