Performing singer/songwriter following in the footsteps of the legendary outlaws of country music. Great baritone vocals. Diverse classic playlist including country, folk , light rock, and many upbeat songs, great sense of humor, I do everything necessary to keep shows fun. I have entertained a wide age range of crowds, being able to adjust as needed to keep shows interesting.

Robert played a great mix of songs that had us tapping our toes and even dancing!
Great country music by a real country artist. Robert was engaging, fun and enthusiastic. He arrived early and played a full 2 hour set without a break. Since this was a neighborhood BBQ, his music was great while everyone ate, and then a few danced. Perfect!
Robert arrived on time and played the full time we agreed to. The setup on the outdoor patio of our rented Air BNB in Westcliffe was perfect. Out of the sun and perfect setting away from close neighbors with the stars above. He played gospel, John Denver, Willey Nelson, Garth Brooks and more. Next time I would give him a detailed list. He was very affordable and he played for just two of us. You don't need a big party to have music especially since all concert venues and bars are closed because of Covid. Support the musicians and book a private event.
Response from Robert Clarkson / The Colorado Outlaw:
Thank you for a great evening.
Robert was professional, arrived early for setup, interacted with the guests, and provided great entertainment. We enjoyed some of his original songs and the traditional campfire songs he played. He was easy to work with and prompt with replying to messages during the pre-planning of the event.
Robert was just great for our family event. He took our request list and played our favorite music. He has great interaction with his audience

A fun filled time of jokes and music. A few surprises on the playlist, audiences generally remark "We haven't heard that one in years". A witty almost sarcastic relationship with audiences keeps the show informal and relaxed. I like to get to know my crowd and play on their needs to be entertained. A truly exceptional voice highlights the music with a range from the likes of Johnny Cash to the smoothness of Jim Reeves with some brash outlaw sprinkled in you will not doubt that it comes from a Nashville long forgotten in today's country music.
I can play solo or bring a group depending on your needs.
Hello, I am Robert Clarkson, a performing singer/songwriter from Colorado.
Deep vocals and a great sense of humor defines my shows. A playlist in the style of outlaws like Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash and many others. Along with my original songs, some classic rock, folk and other surprises.
I’m a U.S. Army veteran. I continue to support the military in every way possible. Reminding myself daily that the freedom of our country depends on servicemen and servicewomen worldwide
I simply require a plug.
