I have heard Rock and Retro play around town for the past 2 years or so and they never disappoint. Having experienced that, I was happy to be able to have them play at a milestone birthday party I threw last year. They have a great selection of music, a warm and gracious attitude with the crowd and have the ability to get people off their chairs and unto the dance floor. I continue to look forward to attending their gigs.

I had seen RocknRetro several times at the Holiday Inn Media Center in Burbank and was glad to find them on Gig Salad. . This group is totally professional. Set up went smoothly, volume was perfect, song selection was outstanding. RocknRetro plays a wide variety of songs and sounds great. My friends had a blast. The band really knew how to keep the party going. We actually had them stay and play an extra hour. I'd give them six stars if I could and will definitely hire them agin.

We hired this band to play a variety of music for our parents anniversary party. They played the perfect mix . My parents and their friends didn't sit down the whole night. Us Millennials couldn't keep up. Great fun!....didn't realize the 80's were such a blast! Definite five star night.

They were punctual, self-sufficient, professional, and super fun! Our customers, suppliers, and team members loved the music and their energy. They played a great mix of music. The sound level/volume was just right. Since they have a male and female vocalist, they are able to play a wide range of song in various music genres. They got the audience involved with their performance and a great time was had by all. I would definitely recommend them if you need a band for an event. I will be hiring them again for sure!

Jeremy Davis on keyboards and vocals is an old soul . He expertly creates the layered synthesizer sounds that are the heart and soul of this musical genre.
Did Eddie Van Halen or Neal Schon just slip in the back door? No it's Tom Bognar, guitar and vocals. He effortlessly channels the era's many virtuoso guitarists.
Joe Martinez on bass adds a Latin touch with songs in Spanish.
Tony Welsh on drums plays both a regular kit and digital accents for the techno sounds. Every song here has a unique groove guaranteed to get your body moving.
