ROISIN DUBH is a duo of unique musicians performing traditional Celtic & Scottish folk music in its own distinctive style featuring the Great Highland Pipes, Ceilidh bagpipes, guitars, whistle, harmonica, vocals, and keyboard.
Blending these diverse instruments to perform the standard folk songs, dance tunes, aires, and Piobaireachds combined with traditional American music of Scots-Irish roots, ROISIN DUBH weaves a striking tapestry of unique style that is unmatched in the traditional musical arena.
We booked Roisin Dubh for our Celtic Festival, and they were wonderful. Not only extremely talented and entertaining, but so personable and fun to work with! Highly recommended.
I was lucky enough to watch Roisin Dubh perform at a small bar in Belleville, Illinois a couple of weeks ago. What a delight! I love Irish and Scottish music and truly enjoyed their performance. I hope to see them perform soon in the future.
