Rommyna was so sweet and lovely. She made our fathers 80th birthday so perfect . She is a beautiful dancer ! She exceeded our expectations in every way ! Love love love her! Thank you!

Boy did we have fun. We hired Rommyna for a Hawaiian themed bachelorette party. The bride is going to Hawaii for her honeymoon and wanted some Hula tips. Rommyna was fantastic. Her artistry is beautiful, she interacted with the whole party and paid special attention to the bride. She stayed longer than anticipated and it was just a great night. We appreciate you Rommyna!! Rommyna was booked last minute for our softball team on a themed luau night. Rommyna was quick to respond. Rommyna was very timely. She was a great teacher. We all took turns dancing and it was awesome! Rommyna was very professional. I’d recommend her for any luau themed event. Mahalo! 🤙🤙🤙

Extremely unprofessional and rude. Booked her on 12/19 for a 20 minute show on New Years. 12/22 I texted her asking to call us to discuss details. 12/26, I texted her a long message with all of the details for the night of the event, along with a contact number for it (because I would be out of town). The contact, Irina, says that she was very unprofessional with her communication. Starting from the first message, where she asked if we could provide accommodations - which is already an absurd request to ask of a restaurant manager. We recommended she seek out a few hotels nearby. She messaged that they are too expensive for her, and if we could offer anything else - like what? Did she want us to offer for her to sleep in our living room? Then she called and asked if we could host her for the event, since she will be driving from 2 hours away for New Years. We honestly told her that it cost $150 per seat at our restaurant for the night of New Years. She said that was a ridiculous price. We generously offered her a free seat for the night (that’s $370 for the event + $150 for the seat). The next step was for her to ask if she can bring a friend so she doesn’t have to drive alone. We again, generously offered her FRIEND, not another entertainer, a free seat. Another $150. Not once did she offer to extend her performance in return. It got increasingly absurd with every message from her, down to her basically telling us that because we weren’t offering her somewhere to stay for the night she might “have to sleep in her car” because she doesn’t want to drive home after the show. Excuse me? When she reached out to us, the address and time of performance was very clear. She had ample time to search the location of the event from her. She said she was hoping her friends would drive her in their car, and her car wasn’t up for the drive. This ended up going back and forth from the day we booked her on 12/19 up until 12/31 (night of the event) - when she texted us saying she’d have to CANCEL because she didn’t feel comfortable driving 2 hours for the event in the DARK. She even mentioned that gas was too expensive to get to us - ??? She made it clear she didn’t want to spend 2 hours driving home after the show because she would be too tired for her event the next morning. Hold up - she booked an event the next morning knowing she was performing at our restaurant the night before… and was now telling us she’d be too tired to drive? When we called her to try to talk to her, she sent us to voicemail and would respond with texts like “I’m on my lunch break, can’t talk please text”. She left our 130 guests without any entertainment. She knew the distance from the date of booking, she knew the expectations, and she knew what kind of conditions and car she had. She had plenty of time to book accommodations for the night after. This was an absolutely ridiculous entertainer who has 0 knowledge of boundaries, professional behavior, and customer service. Thank god we have reliable friends in the entertainment industry, and managed to book someone for 3x the price for a 15 minute show night-of. Had she told us 2 weeks prior that she wasn’t comfortable and had to cancel, we’d have had time to find new entertainment. We turned down 5 other offers for entertainment that night. She was getting $350 for a 20 minute show, plus 2 entry tickets to spend the evening at our restaurant at $150 each. That’s a $650 price tag on a 20 minute show. With how much stress, time, and energy she sucked out of us for this, I’d say she owes us more than that back. Anyways, please save yourselves the hassle and don’t get involved. Not to mention she has no videos or any other proof that she actually performs - something we should’ve seen as a RED FLAG before we got involved, too.
