My name is Samuel Rotberg. I hold three degrees in violin performance, and have taught violin and performed professionally for over 25 years as an orchestral musician, soloist, and violin professor in higher education. If you are seeking live solo violin or an ensemble of string players for your wedding, party, banquet, bar/bat mitzvahs, etc, I am delighted to consult you and provide a quote for my services. I will also be happy to collaborate with your in-house musicians or music director.
Very accommodating to our event's specific format and the music was incredible!
Sam was just all around incredible. Leading up to our wedding, I had no less than 150 questions (including asking him to learn a song that isn’t typically played on violin) and he was always patient and prompt when responding to me. He learned the song and surpassed all of our expectations. Everyone at our ceremony was talking about what a wonderful ambiance he provided. If I could give 100 stars I would. Absolutely a wonderful choice to provide music for any event. Thank you Sam!!!!
Sam did a great job. Very easy to get ahold of, talk to, and responds to messages quickly. He did an outstanding job.
At the last minute our violinist canceled due to covid concerns. I put out a request through gig salad and within a few minutes I had so many responses. We were able to book Sam and he was wonderful! I will use this service in the future.
Price Range: $75 and up.
