My husband and I used Ruban Weddings for day of coordination for our wedding, and I believe we would not have had a successful wedding without them. Shamecha was our main coordinator, and she went above and beyond to make sure our day went smoothly. She assisted with the decor items although it was not part of her assignment. She stepped in when my family was delaying with putting everything together. She helped bring our inspiration to life. My husband and I both don’t like planning and can be very disorganized, but Shamecha took that on with grace and kept my anxiety at a minimum during the whole process. From our first phone call I could tell how passionate Pat was about her job & learning more about my vision as a bride. Honestly, a wonderful experience. I don't believe the wedding would've been successful without Ruban bleu's input. They are super professional and lovely people who take care of everything and prioritise all your needs. Eunan and Shamecha are the sweetest people and helped my now husband and I through what we wanted for our wedding and things we didn't even think of. The team did an amazing job on our theme and all our guests and my husband and I were left in awe with both the ceremony and reception. I am pretty convinced Shamecha and her team are magic. First of all, they were able to take my random thoughts and ideas and turn it into the most beautiful wedding imaginable, all while staying within our budget. Second, they were incredibly easy to communicate with and happily took care of any and all my requests. If I needed anything at all they were right there. I was so impressed with how easy they made it look because me and my family were anything but easy. The entire Ruban team was an absolute dream to work with. I was not into being a bride. Planning a wedding gave me so much anxiety but thankfully, Shamecha was sweet, patient, and super organized. As the mother of the bride, I initially wasn’t sure we needed a wedding planner, but as planning began, I soon realized we needed assistance and I couldn’t have been happier with the decision to use ruban! It’s been a while since I helped plan a wedding and things have changed so much. Shamecha offered more services than I realized. From vendor recommendations, selection and coordination, to assisting with floral appointments, wedding décor, venue layout, timelines and so much more. She even has a nice inventory of wedding décor that we rented from her at very good prices. I felt comfortable knowing that she had the knowledge, experience, and confidence to take care of my daughter’s special day. Everything stayed on schedule on the wedding day, and she took care of any hiccup without a fuss. Shamecha is professional and calm under pressure. I can’t imagine the day without her. I was a stubborn bride who thought that between myself and my family, I could execute an entire wedding without outside assistance. However, a month before my wedding, I was brokenhearted when I realized there was no way my mom would be able to spend time with me the morning and afternoon of the wedding. I realized how important it was to me to spend that day with my family, not have them running around decorating/prepping the venue. At this point, I called Tiffany, who stepped in and immediately made all of my worries disappear. She was amazing from start to finish. She thought of things that had never even occurred to me. My vendors loved working with her! She worked through each detail with me (with incredible patience) and made my entire vision come to life on the day of. She understood the look I was going for so easily!! She is such a great listener and works hard to make your day exactly how you imagine. My family also loved working with her. Honestly, Tiffany is a miracle. I was planning our wedding from across the country. She was super diligent answering every question I had in the process, and in the few weeks before the wedding, she SPRANG into action. She kept track of every vendor, the timelines, their arrival and departure times, as well as keeping a very large wedding party in order during the rehearsal and wedding ceremony. I woke up on my wedding day and didn't have to worry about ANYTHING. I hired Tiffany for my day of coordinator, however she went above and beyond and was basically a month of coordinator! Tiffany is absolutely amazing! She is super detailed and organized which we absolutely loved. Prior to the wedding, we had multiple meetings with her and we were able to go over everything we envisioned for our day. I had done research and thought I had everything covered, but Tiffany knew all of the little tiny details that matter as well that we didn’t even think of originally. Another thing we loved about working with Tiffany was that she was always there for us. Even when it wasn’t during a meeting but we had a quick question, she was so quick to respond and help, even when our time with her hadn’t officially started yet. When my first daughter got married, we met Tiffany and fell in love with her ideas. Then when my second daughter got engaged, I was so excited because I knew Tiffany would make all her dreams come true. She delivered! The wedding had 6 groomsmen and 8 bridesmaids in the wedding party. I was so worried that we would have problems getting this many people organized. Tiffany came in and had the party organized with a beautiful presentation. We were worried getting all our flowers placed and set up but Tiffany jumped in and decorated the church and the isles with all our gorgeous flowers. Pat had been nothing but amazing to us since the day I spoke with her on the phone. She's so enthusiastic, even more than I was at times. We had a traditional Vietnamese wedding which she had not done before, but I honestly couldn't have asked for someone better than Pat and her team. They made sure I got everything I wanted and dreamt of for my wedding. First off, their prices were SO FAIR! They weren't cutthroat like some others out there and I shopped around A LOT! Second, the services that they offered were amazing. I didn't see anyone offer the same services they did. We hired Ruban bleu as our day-of coordinator, but their services start about 30 days before the wedding date. Pat was on top of it every time. She is a good listener and helped me figure out the different ways to plan our wedding. She took care of finding our vendors and I can't believe how helpful that was. I remember helping my sister with her wedding and we were constantly going back and forth with different vendors all of the time. So this time around when I was getting married, we hired Ruban Bleu team to do all of that. They kept me informed, helped me work through any kinks because of my budget limits or venue limits, and is so extremely detailed. We couldn't have done it without them! I got married this past weekend and I cannot stop obsessing about how Tiffany is some kind of Wonder Woman because my wedding could not have been more perfect or run more flawlessly. My wedding was on the smaller side with only 80 guests, and I know to my core it still would have been impossible to pull off without Tiffany and her assistant, running the show. I’m astounded by Ruban Bleu’s level of organization, attention to detail, effectiveness in communication, professionalism, and time management because they took care of everything, no matter how small. My wedding was practically stress-free because Tiffany really took care of everything and allowed me to fully enjoy and be completely present at my ceremony and reception. She managed things I would have never even thought to take care of. Her pricing was also beyond reasonable and in some ways almost feels like highway robbery because she could charge twice as much and I’d still feel like hiring her would be worth every penny. I cannot say enough good things about Tiffany and if you’re reading this because you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator, I’m telling you that you need this woman in your life.

Ruban Bleu weddings Rock: The team did complete wedding planning for my sister's wedding. From venue selection to decoration, DJ/MC, decor, photographer, etc. All the little details were in place and perfect. In fact, it was breathtaking.
