Overview
Santa Joe was at the National Christmas Tree lighting at the White House in 2023. Santa Joe has appeared at The Peninsula & Drake Hotels in Chicago, Nordstroms for breakfast w/Santa. Santa has worked for The Chicago Blackhawks as well as Disney. Santa Joe’s spark grew when he had a special encounter with a quiet little three-year-old girl who saw the real Santa for her first time. Santa Joe is a real bearded Santa who truly enjoys being Santa. Santa Joe began his portrayal of Santa at the family-owned antique mall and after witnessing the smiles, laughter, and joy in visitors’ eyes both young and old Santa Joe knew his path had been drawn.

I have held my Breakfast with Santa for Eight years and he was hands down the best I have ever used. Amazing with children, believable, funny and genuine. He is the Michael Jordan of Santa’s. I will use no one else moving forward.

We had an absolutely incredible day with Santa and Mrs. Claus! Each year, my family hosts a progressive dinner, and we’ve made it a tradition to have Santa visit the kids. This year, I’ve never seen a more authentic and charming Santa and Mrs. Claus—they were a true delight! Their presence brought so much joy, lighting up not just the kids, but even the adults. They arrived right on time, straight from the North Pole, and Santa’s quick responses made everything even more magical. It was a truly unforgettable experience!

Santa Joe was simply amazing. His interactions with both the children and the adults were beyond anything I could have hoped with. He was so engaged, thoughtful and respectful in his time at our event. After the event I received so many compliments about Santa Joe and we cannot wait to have him back next year!

Santa Joe was destined to be a Christmas Santa as he was born during the Christmas season. Some fifty years later, Santa Joe rediscovered his Christmas Spirit on a family vacation when the holiday magic appeared.
Santa Joe’s spark grew when he had a special encounter with a quiet little three-year-old girl who saw the real Santa for her first time. The sparkle in her eyes must have been magical as it brought to life the spirit of Christmas in Santa Joe.
Santa Joe is a real bearded Santa who truly enjoys being Santa. Santa Joe began his portrayal of Santa at the family-owned antique mall and after witnessing the smiles, laughter, and joy in visitors’ eyes both young and old, Santa Joe knew there was something special happening.
Santa Joe is a real bearded Santa Claus available for hire at your Home Party or Business Get-togethers and Corporate Events. Photo Sittings, Tree Lightings, and Parades may also be arranged.
In only a few days after dawning the red flocks, Santa Joe quickly enjoyed the opportunities to visit a local high school classroom for Special needs children, performing for a group during the viewing of Polar Express, entertaining staff for a community college staff dinner as well as doing several home visits including one that ended with Santa Joe facilitating a secret marriage proposal.
In 2020 with the COVID-19 pandemic, Santa Joe tried to be respectful to all concerns, so he balanced both virtual visits and personal visits with appropriate social distancing and PPE precautions.
Santa Joe’s virtual visits included many visits with children and visits to the same classrooms Santa Joe had visited in person to the same teacher classrooms and of course to the same loving special needs children virtually. Surprisingly there were also several private schools and small private family gatherings where Santa Joe continued to appear in person with the appropriate social distancing and PPE.
Santa Joe has always had an infinity towards the education of our children, having been a volunteer elected school board member for the past thirty years. Santa Joe presently volunteers as a trustee to the local community college since 2000.
Santa Joe has appeared at The Drake Hotel in Chicago #DrakeChicago for photos with Santa and guests. Additionally, Santa Joe has done Breakfast with Santa at Nordstrom’s on Michigan Avenue in Chicago. #MagMile
Santa Joe sports an authentic crimson suit and fine leather belt embossed with all the reindeer and hand-made by one of his finest leather makers (Elf). Santa Joe also has a vintage sleigh some eighty years old.
Santa Joe is a graduate of the Professional Santa Claus School and an active member in the IBRBS – International Brotherhood of Real Bearded Santa’s and the Worldwide Santa Claus Network.
Santa Joe has extensive experience with children and adults with special needs as his work provides him with daily interaction with these wonderful individuals and when Santa Joe returns from a hard day’s work, Santa Joe assists with his loving Elf Cara who has been special needs for some twenty-five years.
Santa Joe loves to travel as he has extensive travel experience from both personal and professional reasons having traveled to Salzburg, Austria for school, Mielno, Poland for physical therapy for his Elf Cara, Tokyo Japan, England, Germany, Croatia, Slovenia, Luxemburg, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, France, and Canada.
Santa Joe travels by many means depending on weather but does have an eighty-year-old antique sleigh from the Ames-Dean carriage company of Jackson, Michigan for photo shoots. Additionally, Santa Joe can travel with his brand new EZ-Go golf cart which of course is Santa red.
