Our visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus was one of the most magical times. They came to my preschool and interacted with 16 children from 1 to 5 years old. One of the first things that struck me was how comfortable and engaging they were with the children, which gave them a safe feeling. They shared their "magic car," where the children helped Santa say the magic words. Everyone was dancing to the music by the time the song was finished. We then proceeded inside, where Santa and Mrs. Clause sang songs, read a special Christmas story and then took time with each child to listen and share what they had to say. Santa and Mrs. Claus shared some North Pole secrets and answered the children's most burning questions.
The minute they left, one little girl said, "I miss Mrs. Claus."
another little boy said meeting Santa was the best part of his day.
This is a must-do experience for every child. For adults, you see the wonder and magic in their faces.
