What a great job Jim did at our family party. Super friendly Santa who really looks and acts the part. My family and I couldn’t have been happier with our choice. He took his time and didn’t make us feel rushed, was very in-tune with the kids reactions (some hugged him, some were more apprehensive, some cried) and responded accordingly. Very professional and showed up for the engagement well in advance of when he was needed. He sent me a text and called from where he parked to let me know he had arrived so we could get the kids prepared (in total we had around 25 adults and 9 kids present). We will definitely use Jim again and have no problems in recommending him. Great job!
