A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Serenity Rush comes from a family of singers, and she was surround by many different styles of music. Her musical influences include Stevie Wonder, Etta James, Ella Fitzgerald, Jill Scott, Lauryn Hill, and Sade, just to name a few.

Serenity Rush has performed alongside many of Atlanta’s notable acts, including Al Smith, Joe Gransden, and Teddy White. She has also had the privilege of performing with national and international acts such as jazz pianist David Benoit, guitarist Earl Klugh, and the Brazil Guitar Duo.

Serenity Rush has performed a several venues around the Atlanta area, including Kat’s Café, Sweet Georgia’s Juke Joint, and Our Place Café. She has also entertained audiences at some of Atlanta’s largest events, including the Sweet Auburn Spring Festival and Global Winter Wonderland.
