Serge the Power rocks! Serge, a former star of CATS and FAME, used to dance with Baryshnikov until he became a band leader lead singer and guitarist for Serge the Power. I first heard the band at a private event and danced all night! Our wedding was a huge dance party, too!
Serge was great to deal with and really wanted our event to rock! The band arrived early with a massive sound system that amazed our guests who didn’t sit down all night! Serge was also an MC, introducing our speakers and toasts. A great night was had by all, as we partied and danced til the wee hours!

I hired Serge the Power for my significant other's 70th birthday party at our home and I'm very happy I did. Serge was very thorough communicating with me about the event and checked in with me often prior to the day of the party. The band is talented and very professional. They showed up on time (travelled from LA to Santa Barbara) and were open to any special requests. They were fun and played a variety of music from the 60's and 70's and my guests loved them. I highly recommend!

Serge the Power!
Band leader, lead vocalist, and guitarist, Serge Rodnunsky is a lifelong performer, starting as a Singer, Dancer, and Actor on Broadway in New York. He was in the B'Way show Cats, and was a regular on the TV Series "FAME" choreographed by Debbie Allen.
He danced in American Ballet Theater with Mikhail Baryshnikov.
Serge comes from a family of musicians, his father Albert Rodnunsky, was a Symphony Conductor and Concert Pianist.
He is a prolific lyricist and writer, having written dozens of produced scripts for film and tv. He is currently in the studio on his first solo album.

Charlie D has been a blues and rock drummer all of his life. He toured with his previous band "Charlie D and Company" for almost 30 years. They played all the hot spots in California and Vegas. Charlie D has performed and played with many great musicians including... Smokey Wilson, Chet McCracken, Chris Pinnick(Chicago), Tim Boggart, Buddy Skalar, Johnie Dower, Johnnie Dyer, Guitar Shorty, and many more.
We can show up with everything needed to perform at small to medium-sized events. Just need a plug-in. We have PAs, all the instruments and Mic's needed to make our Great Sound. On larger venues, we coordinate with the house sound.
