Michelle was at our event as a balloon twister. This was a celebration and appreciation event for all our volunteers and their families. She arrived on time, and had all her own supplies (including her table).
She was AMAZING, and the kids (big and little) all loved her creations. She worked so well with the kids, and it was so sweet watching them walk around with their balloon creations.
I would definitely hire her again, and can highly recommend her.

OMG Shel Painting was AWESOME! Michele took time with every child at the party and did what they asked. She was very sweet! The went out of her way to make my Granddaughter's Birthday Party a BIG success. She is SO worth the money. I will use her again and many at my party wanted her information - they also thought she was great! She did face painting, tattoos and balloon twisting - most kids more than once!!

Shel Painting did a wonderful job at our event. She was patient and attentive with preschool children and their parents, not a small feat. Not only did she do AMAZING balloon animals but she also created beautiful works of art with face paint. Bravo! If you book Shel Painting, you will not be disappointed!

Bubbles was fantastic at my daughter's first birthday! She was early, provided all of her own supplies, the kids LOVED her and she is amazingly talented! She is great for kids parties or even adult Mardi Gras parties. She did face painting, balloon animals, and glitter tattoos. We would recommend her again in a heartbeat!

She was a little early (even with an over an hour commute) and showed up happy and ready to go! There was a line of children for her for the whole time! She was great!! I would really recommend her to anyone!

What to Expect
Hi, I would need a table to set up. Face Painting, Animal Balloons and Shimmer Tattoos would be brought for the duration of the time needed. I've been Face Painting and Animal Balloons for 18 years. Shimmer tattoos are new to me. I've been doing Shimmer for two years. Ask for Character Appearances!
I would love to do your families party. Living in North Chesterfield helps me be between Richmond and the Virginia area.
