Hi, I'm Sillie Tillie & I love & enjoy being with children & God has blessed me with the ability to entertain children & adults by balloon twisting, face painting & glitter tattoos. I twist 70 plus balloon creations & most can be made to hats, headbands, arm bands & wands. My face painting includes full face & cheek art & use the highest grade cosmetic supplies. Music is a wonderful way to bring children into the fun so i like to play age appropriate songs & joke while twisting & painting. I'm easy going, patient & go along with however you plan your event. I normally don''t dress up unless requested & there is a price rate difference for a clown & normal dressing.

Sillie Tillie came to our school’s end of the year backyard bash with 300+ children and some light rain toward the end of the evening! Sillie Tillie made countless balloon animals all in which our students loved! She was amazing to work with and didn’t bat an eye when it started to rain at the end! Will definitely hire again for our next event!

Silly Tilly the Clown so kindly volunteered her time for Jacks Journey Fundraising dinner. During the dinner we held a children’s carnival. Silly Tilly helped to make this carnival what it was!! She was so great with all of the children and her balloon skills are truly amazing! Not only did she fill the carnival with her balloon creations but the music she played made for a fun and exciting environment for the children. I highly recommend Silly Tilly the clown! I can guarantee you will be more then pleased 🎈

Silly Tillie the Clown was a perfect addition to our corporate event. The balloon designs were really neat and she had a great personality, interacting well with the children. We had quite a long line (our 2-hour event had over 400 children) so we'll be looking for an additional balloon artist next year and we'll be requesting Silly Tillie again!

It was amazing to see how long the line was that the children waited in to see Tillie and her magic. I don't think she missed one child. The Positive Seekers are looking forward to having her again July 2, 2017. Bucyrus, Ohio loves you Silly Tillie!

My organization puts on an annual, family-friendly event for our town. We booked Silly Tilly. I spoke with her to confirm the week prior to the event, and she made me smile over the phone. When she showed up, she immediately sought me out and I let her do her thing. We had several hundred children. She gave each child personal attention, and every child who wanted a balloon sword or hat got one. She was as effervescent at the end of the event as she was at the beginning. We love her, and we will definitely be calling her again! Thank you! :)

Silly Tillie the Clown entertained the children at the Oak Harbor Farmers' Market held on July 25, 2015 at the Kraemer Park.
The children were so pleased with the many choices of balloons they were offered by Silly Tillie. She is a very special lady. Hope to see her some time soon back in Oak Harbor!

Silly Tillie was beyond AMAZING!! She showed up early and left late. The kids loved her and she is a master at what she does. What put the icing on the cake, was her bringing the birthday girl a gift. Not only were we surprised, but we were very thankful as well.
