I could go on and on about the face painting but will try to keep it brief. She was easy to work with communicative and made the kids at our wedding feel so special. We would recommend Penny 150%! The kiddos were thrilled with their painted faces, and Penny was really great with all of them. She painted everything on by hand, no spray-on or stencils, which meant that it was super easy to wash off at the end of the day. Really really great.

Thanks Penny for a wonderful experience at my daughters 5th birthday party. All the kids were delighted by their colorful face paintings and glitter tattoos. Penny arrived early to set up, stayed until the last kid was happy and even vacuumed her work area. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great activity for a party!

Everybody loves watching a face painter make their magical creations! If you hire me you can expect a constant line of guests waiting to get painted, and once they do they will be thrilled with the results. I am able to paint 10 to 20 faces per hour depending on the size of the designs offered. ALL of the guests will be happy with the design they choose!
My name is Penny Cooper! I have been professionally painting faces for over eight years and have learned under some of the best artists in the United States! I am proficient in several mediums and Face Painting is one of my favorites! I would love the opportunity to show you and your guests how fun face painting can be for both children and adults. I am an insured painter and use a professional kit filled with professional level products tested and approved for use on the skin. I also spend numerous hours practicing and researching to bring your guests all the latest and greatest designs. I hope to be painting for you soon!
The ideal space that I need is an indoor 10x10 area that has good lighting and an electrical outlet provided. Access to wifi services would be greatly appreciated.
