Wife of 25 years, mother to 2 grown kids, and caregiver to my 95 year old auntie. I had 20 years in the fitness industry, I started the first year round outdoor women's only group fitness in the Puget Sound area. Eventually moved into a brick-and-mortar, began bodybuilding, producing bodybuilding shows, and became a certified judged. Fast forward, the stress and pressure of juggling it all led me to a severe anxiety attack and finding meditation and energy healing. When gyms were prohibited during the pandemic, I closed my business and pivoted to helping others find their inner-peace through soul care.
