Repertoire is concentrated around smooth jazz. As long as there is a piano, I will be able to perform promptly at the given time and place. If requested, I can add extra instrumentation for a jazz combo including bass, drums, saxophone, guitar etc. Logistics for the band will be outlined separately.
I am a graduate student at the Yale University with a passion for music and nature. Attaining my degree in environmental science, I spend much of my time at the University playing in any groups I can. Academically I play flute in the local Orchestra, while performing piano in small chamber groups.
My involvement with music stems from my years of experience from private lessons, ensembles, bands, and my local Youth Symphony. My commitment to music is portrayed through my concentration of hard work to achieve a Piano Performance Diploma through the Royal Schools of Music.
I have been freelancing for several years now and enjoy providing music to anyone who will entertain it!
I have access to a keyboard which means I can perform at venues without pianos available.
