Snake and the Charmers is a 7 piece band from New Orleans, featuring a 3 piece horn section. It is led by Jeff Snake Greenberg on piano and vocals, recipient of the Piano Legacy Award from the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra. Members of the band have performed with practically every major New Orleans musical act.
The band evokes an era gone by. Jump blues, Ratpack tunes, old NOLA R&B, big band swing, Palladium era Latin music and even some original songs. Snake and the Charmers are presenting music of a type and quality of music not normally heard anymore. Experience it for yourself. You will be charmed.
