If I'm booked solo, I only bring a microphone/mic stand and an acoustic guitar. If I've been booked to perform with a full band, the minimum is 4 person band and maximum 8 depending on what is needed.
I can provide sound and lighting if needed but that will change the rate. Only things required is parking located close to the venue and safe power outlets be provided or identified near the designated performance area.
