I booked Alice Kim to play for a reception welcoming our employees to our new office location. She was great to work with - on time, friendly, great energy, played a variety of upbeat / current music adapted for cello (as requested), and was happy to add in a few special requests.

I was so moved by how quickly Alice found her way into my 3 songs. Her improvising was inventive and generous. She brought real substance to everything we did...she raised the bar.

We had a gathering of family and close friends at our home to celebrate the engagement of our older son. We decided to contact Alice for a solo cellist performance as my son is an avid musical follower.
Alice put on an amazing performance that left our guests completely happy and her personality and friendliness made our special day even more so. Would highly recommend seeing her perform and she is truly talented to say the least.
I enjoyed Miss Alice Kim performing many concerts and solos before she played solo at my wedding. I’ve since travelled to her events often. She is a Grammy nominated performer who is head and shoulders above the best cellist I’ve ever known. Maybe the best musician, period. She is friendly, elegant, punctual, professional, and superbly competent solo or in a group. She made my wedding pure magic. She could triple her rate and she’d still be underpriced.
Alice played at my wedding in Texas, and she was amazing. Very professional, easy to contact, and flexible. Highly recommend!
