About
Carlos Rafael Martinez Arroyo is a New York-based violinist with a Master’s in Classical Violin Performance from the Manhattan School of Music. Known for his expressive artistry, he has performed at prestigious venues, including Carnegie Hall’s Isaac Stern Auditorium, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and WQXR Radio Studios. Carlos has appeared internationally as a soloist with the Real Orquesta Sinfónica de Sevilla and as a chamber musician with the Heifetz Ensemble in Residence. A passionate educator, he teaches violin and leads orchestra sectionals at Orchestrating Dreams Inc., inspiring young musicians through supportive and dynamic instruction. Carlos has also led workshops in music history and collaborated with Midori & Friends on outreach initiatives across NYC schools. An award-winning performer, he has received honors in international competitions, and his interdisciplinary interests enrich his work, helping him make classical music accessible, relevant, and deeply inspiring for audiences and students alike.
