She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wright State University. Her coursework had a focus on I/O (Industrial & Organizational) Psychology which characterizes the scientific study employee behavior and motivation in the workplace. Prior to becoming a full-time entrepreneur, she worked as a human resources professional with experience in various disciplines including recruitment, workforce development, training, and employee engagement. She also has experience in the areas of social work, mental health, and wellness. She is a member of the American Staffing Association, International Association of Workforce Professionals, and the Atlanta Business League.
