Spiritual Healer and Teacher

If there is an audience looking to learn more about the chakras, crystals, Law of Attraction, dream interpretation, Reiki Healing and Spiritual Alchemy Karen would be eager to simply explain these topics and make them approachable from a casual perspective. She provides handout materials and can demo some material if applicable. With a few of these topics the students in attendance would have an interactive element- they could do exercises on one other or with certain objects to tap into their energy sensing abilities.

Since the age of 22 Karen Foote has been doing healing work. Massage therapy was her main focus initially but ultimately was lead down the energy healing path via CranioSacral work, Theta Healing and Reiki Healing. Karen learned to expand her natural healing and intuitive abilities by devoting time to practicing, allowing and trusting in her intuition to guide her. In seeking community, she created a Meetup group back in 2011. She found herself becoming a Spiritual leader in ways she did not anticipate. Eventually she embraced the role and became a Reiki Master Teacher. It was this shift that opened Karen's eyes up to realize she was comfortable teaching and guiding others who are interested in these (often considered) taboo topics. She has a very down to earth approach that makes this "woo woo" material more tangible and attainable-- even normal! Karen now identifies herself as a Spiritual Intuitive Healer and Teacher and is eager to help awaken and teach others who are finding themselves on their own Spiritual Journeys.
