St. Luau

St. Luau is the perfect band If you're looking for a small group to add a laid back, relaxing Hawaiian atmosphere to your party or event.

We are not a dance band, but play music that's meant to be in the background, nice and relaxing.

We are clean cut professional musicians and wear Hawaiian Shirts during our gig. We are easy to talk to and do what we can to make your event be a success.

We normally play for 45 minutes with a 15 minute break. We can do up to 3 sets of music.

St. Luau - is a St. Louis Hawaiian Band started by Lap Steel guitarist Troy Brenningmeyer that brings the traditional sounds of the beautiful Islands of Hawaii right to your own private Luau.
Troy Brenningmeyer got inspired to start the band St. Luau as a way to share his passion of Hawaiian Lap Steel Guitar, and also as a way to apply what he's been learning from his lessons with the legendary Hawaiian musician Alan Akaka.

If we do our own sound, we just need to have clean reliable power very close to where we set up. We need to be set up to where our equipment will not get damaged from the elements or from party goers tripping over our cables or spilling drinks in/on our equipment.

That's about it. We do not take up a lot of room, and our speakers provide crystal clear music at very pleasant volumes.
